  Người đến trước thì gọi sau người đến sau thì gọi trước. Đau tay khám tay chỉ cho chụp x-quang chứ không cho siêu âm. Không biết bị làm sao. Không có chuyên môn làm việc

  Trải nghiệm khám rất tệ, chờ đợi lâu, không có phòng khám phân rõ giữa khám dịch vụ và BH. Tất cả bệnh nhân đi khám đều chờ chung một chỗ khám.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hospital. It advertises itself as an “international hospital,” yet it was unable to provide even basic English communication support. I came in this morning for a medical check-up and was refused service simply because I did not have my own interpreter. It is unacceptable for a facility that labels itself as international to require patients to bring their own translator instead of providing language assistance. Medical situations are already stressful, and being turned away over a language barrier shows a serious lack of consideration for foreign patients. If this hospital intends to serve the international community, it should ensure that English-speaking staff or interpreter services are available. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

  Chấp nhận khám dịch vụ cho nhanh cho tử tế. Xong bác sĩ thì cọc cằn. Tư vấn không ra gì. Đi từ 8h xét nghiệm máu với nước tiểu thôi mà đợi đến 11h30 không có kết quả. Xong lúc đó mới bắt chiều quay lại. Chịu cái quy trình của cái bệnh viện này. Không bao giờ quay lại. VÔ CÙNG THẤT VỌNG
