  I had an excellent experience at Amira Hotel in Bac Ninh. The room was spacious, spotless, and smelled wonderful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of good options. The service was truly impressive. The staff were warm, attentive, and very professional, especially Hao, Chloe, Anna and Thao who made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and give it the highest score.

  As a Western person living in Vietnam, it is always nice to find a nice place to stay. Very clean, amazing staff, and very fair price. I will definitely return!

  It was a great hotel. Stuff was so helpful and kind. They helped a lot and breakfast was really nice even in during Tet. Super central have lots of stores around. Thank you so much was a great experience and service

  I stayed here for a short business trip and it worked out really well. The location was super convenient — close to the business district and easy access to public transport, which saved me a lot of time getting to meetings.The room was quiet and clean, with a good desk setup and reliable Wi-Fi, which was exactly what I needed for getting work done. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well every night — which isn't always the case when traveling for work.The staff were professional and friendly. Check-in was quick, and they were helpful when I needed local recommendations for dinner after long workdays.Breakfast was okay — nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. If you're in town for business and just need a comfortable, no-fuss place to stay, this place does the job really well.Would definitely consider staying here again on my next work trip.

  Very nice and kind staff, always willing to help—even after midnight. There are 24-hour convenience stores both in front and behind the hotel, making it easy to get anything you need at any time. The room was quite good, equipped with all the basic amenities. Overall, a fair price for a comfortable stay.

  Good location. Smoke-free room & lobby. Room was clean and good size. Breakfast selections were good. Staff are very friendly. Anna at the front desk was very helpful & efficient to help me on the laundry promptly.

She ensured everything was well arranged and followed up proactively to make sure my stay was comfortable. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference.It is always reassuring to stay at a hotel where the team genuinely cares about the guest experience.
