  The staff were absolutely great, they even have a convenient laundry service. Room was spacious, Aircon has a built in heater that came in handy because it was unexpectedly cold during my visit. My only real complaint was that the mattress was extremely firm, but the pillows were very soft and comfortable. Staff was also very easy to talk to and accommodating. Only real suggestion, unless they had other rooms with softer mattresses, I’d say would be to upgrade the mattresses to softer ones, then they’d really get 5 stars. The breakfast buffet was delicious and enjoyed it. Thank you guys for everything.
