  Had a wonderful stay at the Grand Phoenix Hotel! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every little detail was taken care of, making the experience feel truly luxurious. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the ambiance of the entire property was elegant and relaxing. Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams for making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway!

  Rooms are dirty and not maintained well. Shower just floods the entire bathroom. Maid service doesn't take out trash, leaving trash bags full of old food. Fitness center is hot and barely has any workout equipment.

  It is difficult to justify this hotel’s 5-star rating based on my recent stay. While the property has potential, the gap between the expected luxury standard and the actual experience was significant. *Pros: The hotel is situated in an excellent location, and I was pleased to find that the soundproofing between rooms was effective. Additionally, the culinary offerings were quite commendable and consistent in quality. *Cons & Areas for Improvement: However, several critical issues prevented a truly comfortable stay: * **Service & Communication:** The front desk staff struggled with English, leading to communication barriers. More importantly, there was a noticeable lack of a professional "service mindset." Complaints were handled mechanically rather than with genuine empathy or a proactive drive for resolution. * **Facilities & Maintenance:** The shower facilities felt dated and suffered from severe temperature instability, fluctuating between hot and cold uncontrollably. Furthermore, there was frequent noise from water flowing through ceiling pipes and a persistent mid-to-low frequency hum emanating from within the walls. * **Hygiene:** I was disappointed to encounter insects and pests in the room, suggesting that pest management protocols are not being strictly followed. **Verdict:** While the hardware in terms of location and food is solid, the overall service and room maintenance are insufficient for a 5-star designation. I hope management takes this feedback constructively to align the guest experience with the prestige the hotel aims to represent.

  The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing special. The bed was okay and the room had the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The bathroom was clean, Overall, it was a decent stay and suitable for the price, but there’s room for improvement.

  The hotel location was ideal to avoid traffic when heading South to factories. The check-in was painless and prompt. The room was clean and roomy. Quiet and dark for a good nights rest. I deducted a star for finding some used prophylaxis raps in the drawers. That was a real shocker.|The gym was not well air conditioned. The AC was set to 26degressC with staff enforcing open door and open windows. Given the bad air quality which was breaking records, it made it difficult to get any workout in. If you did manage to get a workout in, your lungs felt the particles and you were drenched in sweat. The pool was big enough to swim laps in with other non-hotel guests that frequented it. The water was way too warm for swimming long or cooling off.|If you are are staying longer than a week, you will tire of the breakfast options. You will also tire of the same record, in my stay it was Christmas piano music, that kept playing throughout the hotel, lobby, gym and restaurant.|I would likely stay there again if they addressed the issues. But, I doubt they will address the issues.
