  Clean room and fully equipped The breakfast food is okay, according to Korean taste and style The location is a bit hidden, opposite a construction site so it's a bit noisy

  In term of a 3-star hotel, the room and facilities are very good, and the location is also convenient. However, the breakfast is too simple and lacks of options. Fortunately, you can easily find good breakfast options outside by just walking around.

  This hotel is quite clean and new for people who have business travel or want to discover Bac Ninh province. The price is at the medium level for a room of 2 people and we have free price for washing clothes.

  In the afternoon, the young female clerk at the counter wears glasses, and her attitude is very bad. It is not recommended.

  Came to this empty hotel recently and was told by a very rude female manager that as a foriegner I would not be allowed to stay. Despite the government warning Vietnamese not to discriminate against foriegn guests. Don't waste your time, this place not clean anyway and for $20 more you can get a beautiful room at Grand Pheonix Hotel across the street with good customer service.

  First time, I come to Hello Hotel. Surprisingly, I get many happiness from here. The room is clean, the air is fresh. The furniture is modern and simple. All make me feel comfortable and satisfied. There are so many free services here, such as: Pickup from NoiBai Airport, Pickup customer go to work in SamSung, Fruits, Wifi inside every room, Laundry, Drinks, ....||Here is the Korean Hotel, so, almost Foods are Korean Foods. Well, I think good. The taste is very strange and new for me. I can eat so many foods every day. So amazing, because around Hello Hotel, there are so many nice coffee shop to discover. I like this space here. ||One of the best thing I feel well from here, is humans being. They are friendly, lovely, and responsibility. When I have considered about services, they are ready to do it for me or give me one's hand to help. I can feel the love around here. Like a big happy family. It's the best choice. I really glad to stay here. No regrets !!!!||Do thank a lot Hello Hotel ! ||I will come back here in the early time. Love all.
