  The hotel looks kinda old from the outside, but it’s actually super clean inside. The room was really spacious and comfy to stay in. I loved that the bathroom had double sinks – that’s my favorite! We only stayed one night, which was a shame. Later found out they have a ton of facilities and services, plus breakfast too. If there’s a next time, I’d love to stay longer and actually enjoy all that stuff properly.

  Great staff and place. Good breakfast and nice room. There is a roof top bar and the basement restaurant with a choice of food. You are in the middle of the Old Town. The charm surrounds you. Opposite you have a pizza place, where it is better than in Italy.

  I stay at this hotel every time I am in Bac Ninh for work. My stays are usually for 6-10 nights, and I have always had a pleasant stay here. Very convenient and safe location, with shopping, restaurants, and a nice rooftop bar. Free breakfast and the coffee is outstanding. My room has always been clean, and very good service by all staff.

  Everything is good except the gym. The treadmill is broken and Elliptical trainer seems not to work. Please fix it and I will come back soon.

  I stayed here for work. The hotel is a nice, quiet, yet with full amenities. Gym, pool, and the best penthouse bar around, the hotel has it all. My room was large and spacious, very luxurious and new. The gym was decent, with all the equipment you could need, plus there was a pool on the 5th floor outside of the gym. The best part had to be the bar on the top floor. Sitting outside, you could see great views of the roundabout in the city below and just watch the lights all evening. ||||Also include was a wonderful breakfast. The staff was also very attentive and friendly.
