  Amazing hotel. Started off to a rocky start where they didn’t tell me the correct breakfast times but other than that. Really good stay. Amazing breakfast

  It's a solid hotel in a good location, close to many factories. Their staff speak English well, and the hotel and restaurant accept credit cards. There is honking and traffic noise from the main street until about 10pm every night, but you will find that everywhere. I will stay here again next time I visit our CM.

  I m lone traveller for vacation and was impressed with service and hospitality from this hotel and the staff members . Big praise to xiao qiang / 小强 for his advice and professionalism to help or assist me when require. Some good points here >Laundry service is free for 5 pieces or below . > There is two Convenience store winmart and GS 24/7 nearby this hotel . >Bus 54 in front of hotel bus stop going to Hanoi main city > Swimming pool and Gym is clean . If need a quick workout Some points to improvement > Breakfast. As have included during my stay . Staff did not bothered to refill drinks like juice or hot coffee . To make simple to guest , they mentioned it is no more or spoilt (which I don't understand on what is spoilt for hot coffee machine) . Which haven't end at 930am. > Hotel information checklist using paper or QR . Example what time start and end for breakfast , gym or swimming pool and where is the place . In this way. Hotel staff will not need to inform the guest again. As hotel guest might forgot . I feel is better than guest can scan or use the paper as checklist . > Lack of standby or ready taxi. Being a business place for Koreans and Chinese . It is better to have ready taxi to send the guest to office or factory at bac ninh or even city at Hanoi. Waiting time might some time or may not have a taxi available ready . As concluded . Despite there is some room for improvement. I will still think the experience is great and thank all of you at mandala hotel Room 623 Ben

  The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They also are quite proficient in English if you don't speak Vietnamese. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is sound. The hotel is not well insulated so street and environmental noise are an issue. If you're a light sleeper, street noise (honking, nearby markets, etc) and thunderstorms are quite loud and might be an issue.

  Staff at the front desk are super helpful and they basically speak Vietnamese, English, and Chinese. My family had a great time here. It’s just a bit far from the city center where you get the most restaurants and entertainment.

  Very clean hotel with very nice staff. Rooms are large and comfortable. Food is very delicious and cosistent. Complaints are minor: nowhere to put luggage (no luggage stand, dresser, etc.) and small AC units cannot keep up with Vietnam heat.
