  I had a spacious room, pretty clean after they had gave a room that smells cigaret. Overall, the room is good, just some small details that they can make it better: need a curtain to prevent water from bath tub and the floor. The hotel allows smoking inside the lobby. That’s a big problem but I think it’s difficult to correct as many “big guys” do not follow public courtesy.

  We stayed at this hotel for four nights in February 2025. The rooms are spacious and equipped with essential facilities, but unfortunately, they are poorly maintained. The floor was dirty with multiple stain marks, and the entire floor had a strong cigarette smell. The hotel is in a great location, easily walkable and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. It has an indoor gym and an outdoor swimming pool. However, the pool is not maintained and looks abandoned. The gym has only a few pieces of equipment, suitable for basic workouts and cardio. Safety was not a concern, and we felt secure throughout our stay. The hotel offers excellent food and drink options. We ordered dinner, and everything was delicious. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices, including a live counter, and the breakfast hall was spacious. Pros: - Great location - Spacious rooms with good amenities - Good private parking - Excellent food and drink options - Supportive staff - Good value for money Cons: - Rooms and facilities are not well maintained - Dirty floors with stains - Strong cigarette smell - Poorly maintained swimming pool - Limited gym equipment Overall, the hotel has potential, but maintenance needs improvement.

  The room I got was spacious but kinda old and had a smoky scent in there, as if someone used to smoke cigarettes inside. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff were friendly though and the location so convenient.

  Restaurant closes at 10 pm. Never seen such a 5 star properly. Breakfast menu atrocious. They start winding up breakfast buffet at dot time. They don’t refill the empty Buffet dishes. When asked for they say it’s finished. They just don’t care for tourists. No English speaking people in 5 star property.

  I am particularly satisfied with the service provided by Nguyễn Thị Phương at the hotel front desk, I would like to thank her especially. her smiles and her friendliness and excellent service and help during my stay. Her service is the best in my entire Vietnam trip and very professional. Secondly, the hotel is one of the top in the local area, with advanced facilities and convenient transportation. Very satisfied.
