  Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The amenities were great, the room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for me to rest after a long day. The food served in restaurant was also tasty as well I've stayed here several times during my business trips, both Ravatel Inn Hotel and Ravatel Style Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for those who come to Bac Giang for their business or even their trips with friends and family, and trust me you wont regret it ＼(≧▽≦)／

  I was quarantined here and the staff went out of their way on multiple occasions to make me comfortable during my first stay in a completely new country. It is very reasonably priced and everything is well stocked and and very clean. Amazing service and would recommend for anyone who is visiting Vietnam.

  Staff is incredibly helpful. Great location. Has gym facility. Accepts credit card. Good breakfast spread.

  Friendly staff, but facility maintenance and breakfast need urgent improvementOverall, my stay at Ravatel Hotel was okay, but there are several major areas that need management's attention.On the positive side, the front desk team was very friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping everything clean.However, the facility comfort and dining were highly disappointing. Despite the very hot weather, the hotel did not turn on the air conditioning in the lobby or inside the elevators. Moving through these common areas was incredibly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the breakfast service was poor—the kitchen quality and meals were simply not good. Basic guest support also felt lacking. If management improves the food quality and ensures common area AC is functional, this would be a much better hotel.

  Nice Stay, close to a few chinese restaurants, the bbq restaurant is really good. The only issue I had is when they gave me water bottles that were 3/4 full (someone already drank in it). Just have an eye on this.

  The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, but the problem is that 2 hotels use the same breakfast area, so in the morning you can barely find a seat, especially recently.
