  I stayed at Tru by Hilton Viet Tri during the Hung Kings’ Festival before and found it pretty good, so this time I decided to try the one in Bac Giang. Honestly, I was quite surprised — Bac Giang is nicer than I expected. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Vincom, supermarkets, and a cinema. The room here feels more spacious than the one in Viet Tri. There are also plenty of local food spots around the hotel. The buffet area is quite large, and they even have board games and a pool table, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a good choice for business travelers.

  I frequently travel across Northern provinces for work, so I’ve had the chance to stay with this hotel brand since the “Sojo” days, across multiple locations. Room standards are consistently similar, but what truly differentiates each property is the hospitality of the team. Whenever I visit Bắc Giang, I receive a genuinely warm welcome from the front desk—sincere smiles, thoughtful help without needing to ask, and when I do request support, the team responds proactively and does their absolute best. I also appreciate the breakfast service: even on quieter days, the buffet is still provided (though with a smaller selection), which feels more considerate than some other branches that switch to set meals. The breakfast hours until 10:00 AM are another highlight—very practical for guests who work late and need a slower morning. Overall, this is one of the most impressive stays in the network. If 5 stars is the maximum, I would happily give 100.

  I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton Bac Giang City Centre, and I have to say, it was a genuinely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a very convenient location there are plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away, which made finding meals really easy. Other than dining, there isn’t too much to do in the surrounding area, but honestly, the comfort of the hotel itself made up for it. The moment I arrived, I noticed how clean and modern the reception area was. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff were warm, friendly, and always greeted me with a smile. They were helpful whenever I needed something, and that positive attitude really makes a big difference. It’s nice to feel welcomed, and they certainly made sure of that. My room was exactly what I expect from the Tru brand clean, simple, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. I love how every Tru property has its own unique little design touches, and this one was no exception. It felt fresh and lively without being overwhelming. I also had a room with a view of the mountains, which was an unexpected bonus. Watching the sunset from my window was honestly one of the highlights of my stay. I also spent some time in the common area and played a game of pool, which was a really nice way to unwind. It’s small touches like that that make the hotel feel more relaxed and enjoyable, almost like a community space instead of just a place to sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great plenty to choose from and everything tasted fresh. My only suggestion would be to keep bacon separate from other items to avoid cross-contamination, especially since many guests may avoid pork. Clearer labeling for dietary needs would also be very helpful. It’s a small recommendation, but it would make the breakfast experience even better for everyone. Aside from that, I truly have no complaints. My stay was smooth, comfortable, and far more enjoyable than I even expected. Thank you to all the staff members for your kindness and hospitality. You made my visit memorable, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Bac Giang.

  Comfortable as always. This time we have great support from Tuan Anh from the reception. We stay for 2 nights during Peak season in New year festival 2024||Gonna stay here again whenever visiting Bac Giang city. ||Also recommend Sojo as a group of hotels in other provinces as well.

  The best hotel specially for business. I stayed there for about 2 months. Excellent rooms, customer service. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The Hotel Manager, Mr. Thuong is very kind and hospitable. Hassle free food ordering and room control using sojo app is of great help.|I recommended Sojo Hotel Bac Giang to my colleagues who went in business in the province and they loved it.||The best and 5 star customer service experience I had in Vietnam!
