  I’ve been recommending this hotel to all of my friends who is looking for a hotel in Bac Ninh & Hanoi. The facility is worth every cent, staff is very nice & supportive. Highly recommend their signature set menu at Ember Kitchen, suitable for a business guest like me 👌

  Stayed at Vinpearl Hotel Bắc Ninh recently and honestly had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel feels modern, clean, and professionally managed from the moment you walk in. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great city views and a very relaxing atmosphere after a long working day. What impressed me most was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help without being overly formal. Breakfast had a good mix of Vietnamese and international options, which is especially nice for business travelers and international guests. The location is also convenient if you’re working around Bắc Ninh’s industrial zones or visiting for business meetings. Facilities like the gym, pool, and lounge area were all in good condition and added to the overall experience. A solid choice for both business and leisure stays in Bắc Ninh. Would definitely consider staying again.

  We had a wonderful stay at Vinpearl Hotel Bac Ninh. The room was spacious, comfortable, and elegantly designed. We also really enjoyed dinner at La Mia Casa, the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The floral in the lobby were stunning, and the decor throughout the hallways and restaurants was equally impressive - a tasteful blend of Vietnamese cultural charm and modern elegance. What made the experience even better was the friendly and attentive staff, who were always warm and helpful. Overall, a true international 5 star hotel experience. Highly recommended.

  Amazing hotel and spa experience – True customer-first culture! I am thoroughly impressed with my stay. The overall hotel service is excellent and incredibly attentive. What stood out the most was how they handle guest feedback; they respond incredibly fast and genuinely care about the guest experience. It is clear that they have a strong customer-first culture. The Vincham Spa was also a highlight of my visit. The service there is top-notch, and I want to give a special shoutout to **Hoang Thi Lam**. She provided an absolutely wonderful, skilled, and gentle service that left me feeling completely relaxed. Thank you to the entire team and to Lam for the great care. I will definitely be back!

  I highly appreciate the quality of the rooms because they are spacious, well-arranged, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds are very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allows me to relax after a day's work. Furthermore, the rooms are always kept clean and tidy. I was also very impressed with the service attitude of the staff. The staff are always enthusiastic, polite, and provide quick assistance whenever needed. The check-in and check-out process is professional and doesn't take much time. In addition, I found the hotel's breakfast buffet quite diverse with many delicious dishes and thoughtfully prepared. The amenities areas such as the swimming pool, gym, and common areas are well-invested, creating a comfortable and upscale experience for guests. I believe this is one of the best hotels to experience in Bac Ninh, suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely return on future visits and I will also recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

  I recently had an absolutely flawless stay at this wonderful hotel, and I can't praise the experience enough. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was world-class, but a very special shout out must go to Tuan Anh from the luggage service. His enthusiasm, and proactive helpfulness in assisting us with our bags and settling us in truly exemplified perfect hospitality. The room itself was spacious throughout our entire stay. As a delightful bonus, the hotel's signature teddy bear was absolutely adorable and added such a sweet, thoughtful touch to the welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was handled with the utmost care, making our trip truly unforgettable. We will definitely be returning !
