  This is a great hotel, I am extremely satisfied staying here, from the rooms, the furniture is very beautiful and new, the staff is enthusiastic.

  Tried once and very happy. Reasonably price, very clean apartment, well-managed facilities. Chinese friendly environment.

  A newly open hotel, double room is well equipped with laundry and small kitchen. Good value for toriest like to cook their own food.

  Phòng 900k/đêm, ở hẳn 4 đêm cho 3 phòng, tổng tiền phòng hơn 10 triệu bạc, mà lúc đặt phòng thì nằng nặc đòi thanh toán lập tức, sợ khách quỵt. Còn đến đoạn xuất hoá đơn thì đúng kiểu bố đời thiên hạ, ai cần ai, chốt thông tin đã đời xong bảo rơi vào cuối tuần, khách nhẫn nại chờ lễ tân với kế toán, xong sang đầu tuần vẫn không xuất nổi tờ hoá đơn, đúng kiểu chờ được thì chờ, không được cũng phải chờ. Đấy là còn chưa nói, dọn phòng sao thó mất đôi giày của khách xong cứ trơ trơ ra đấy, chả buồn xin lỗi chứ đừng nói chi bồi thường. Mở cái khách sạn cho to mà chỉ biết hốc tiền của khách với mất đồ vặt như thế thì cũng đến chịu rồi. Có cho vàng cũng bố ai dám ở lần nữa.

  爛到立刻想退房……服務員完全不會溝通。多次找麻煩，質疑證件不對、不予辦理入住。酒店又不接受退訂，非常“爛”。……最後吵了十幾分鐘，才成功辦理入住。房間有厨房，以為很體貼……但別傻了，沒打算給住客用的。* 沒鍋、沒碗……你是旅客，要自己去買一套嗎？買了，要帶走嗎？？？空空的厨房還是第一看到。* 床很大，可是是由二張拼起來的。睡大間時，有夠難受。* 設個小餐桌，擋在走廊處……進出要閃一邊。怎樣！？不給進嗎？？？**的佈置。……不會再來住第二次！！！

  During my stay, I was quite disappointed with the front desk service. The staff seemed unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. They were slow to respond to simple requests and appeared uninterested in addressing concerns. This really affected the overall experience, making it far less enjoyable than expected.
