  The best hotel in VIETNAM! And I’m pretty sure I can be backed up by everyone else who stayed there! The breakfast: A M A Z I N G! The room: Just as it should be! And the costumer service? Yes, this is their best quality! After giving a feedback and pointing out what we believed they could improve, we not only were supported when we were still in the hotel but we also received an email from Henry explaining in details the improvements and the measures they took after our review. The location is amazing: you can walk EVERYWHERE. They have an amazing spa and the food is delicious. Who is managing this hotel and the costumer service, I need to say: well done!

  I had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonia Hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were hospitable and eager to assist. There were very nice touches by them. They hand wrote a note and placed them on the table of my room. Check-in also came with a welcome drink and snacks, and some fruit in the room. They then pass you several vouchers, including a 250k VND voucher for the rooftop bar, massage vouchers (20% discount I think) for the in-house spa, and dining vouchers for the restaurant. Location-wise, it is unbeatable. You get a nice view of the lake from the Level 7 restaurant and the rooftop bar. You're a stone's throw from the Old Town and all its shops, cafes, massage palours, convenience stores and restaurants. It is also close to the French Quarters. You'll never find yourself lacking with things to do. The room was splendid. The design of the building and room was consistently Gothic Renaissance. It's stylish and makes you feel like you're staying in an art gallery. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hot shower was strong. The room had ample space for two It was a very comfortable stay!

Everyone was incredibly attentive, warm, and always willing to help!. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is another huge advantage, being just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake and within easy walking distance of many of Hanoi’s main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was elegant and relaxing. I would highly recommend La Sinfonia Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. The combination of excellent service and a fantastic location made this a memorable stay, and I would happily return.

  Stayed here with my boyfriend and it was the best hotel experience I’ve had, the manager was the sweetest person ever and always greeted us and gave us a list of great restaurant recommendations. We felt so pampered and looked after by the staff. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and had plenty of room it felt super luxurious, hey had a great breakfast buffet selection and we also loved going to their sky bar for happy hour. Their signature cock tails were delicious! It had the best ideal location of right in front of the lake and the bridge and the weekend market, extremely prime location to walk around the old quarter. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Hanoi.

  This is, in my humble opinion, the hotel with the BEST customer service — no kidding! From the moment we arrived at 6am, every staff member we encountered was attentive and showed genuine care and initiative. They constantly checked on our plans, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way. What impressed us most was how seriously they took our feedback — even when the issue was not their fault at all (I had mistakenly chosen the basement room). The team acted promptly and professionally to address our concerns, which truly reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction. Exceptional hospitality like this is rare, and it made our stay a truly memorable one.

  Our stay at La Sinfonía Del Rey Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location is unbeatable, right in front of Hoan Kiem Lake and within walking distance of all the shops, cafés, and restaurants in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. Although it was a bit small, it was cozy, and the bed was exceptionally soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes to suit different tastes. What truly made this hotel outstanding, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone at the reception was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They were always happy to assist us with transportation arrangements and went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible. A special thank you to Thanh Nguyen (if I remember the name correctly). During breakfast she would personally visit each table to ask how we had slept, check on our travel plans for the day, and make sure everything was going well. When we mentioned that we had to check out very early for our morning flight, she immediately offered to prepare a breakfast-to-go for us without us even asking. That thoughtful gesture truly reflected the hotel’s commitment to outstanding hospitality. The level of service at this hotel is a perfect example of service excellence. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. I highly recommend La Sinfonía Del Rey Hotel to anyone planning to visit Hanoi. Thanks to its fantastic location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and, most importantly, its incredible staff, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience. We would definitely stay here again.

  The hotel staff was amazing here. They impressed us with the hospitality that we’ve never experienced!!! All people were attentive and took our feedback seriously although we were very happy for the level of service we received—- we gave them a small feedback for a little improvement but nothing was a big deal. The room was classy, clean and cozy. The location is wonderful. The rooftop bar was great with wonderful views to the lake and city. We definitely will be back again. Thank you for all staff members!!!

  The staffs were very friendly. They welcomed us with smiles and made us feel at home. They took the effort to prepare a welcome drink and snacks. Also, they asked us about our checkout time and prepared us breakfast as we had a flight to catch (this was part of our breakfast buffet). All was ready on time and it was a easy checkin and checkout process. We were well taken care off and the rooms were very clean and comfy as well. Highly recommend !
