  I'm so delighted to review the incredible Custom Asia Travel. Susan and her entire team thought of every conceivable detail for our 2 week stay in Vietnam. We were met with cheerful, professional drivers and guides at each destination in our multi-city tour. The excursions booked by CAT felt bespoke and breathtaking. The hotels were expectional by any standard and Susan met our group of friends in Hanoi to assure us of her commitment to our enjoyable trip. I've never felt so taken care of on a trip. Highest possible recommend.

  We chose Custom Asia Travel to organize our journey through Thailand, and it was truly an incredible experience. From the first contact to the end of the trip, everything was perfectly arranged. A very special thank you to Hannah, who followed us with care and attention throughout the planning and execution of the trip. Her kindness, availability, and professionalism made a real difference, and we always felt supported and listened to. Our local guides were also wonderful — sweet, highly professional, well-prepared, and genuinely kind. It was a pleasure to share our travel experience with such amazing people. Each stop was carefully planned, striking a great balance between culture, nature, and relaxation. The only element that left us a bit saddened was the visit to an elephant camp in Chiang Rai, where we saw behavior that did not align with the ethical treatment of animals. We had requested animal-friendly experiences, and we appreciated Hannah's immediate attention to our feedback. She took our concerns seriously and committed to reviewing this activity with their local partner. Overall, we were truly impressed by the level of service and care. We felt pampered, safe, and free to enjoy every moment. We would definitely choose Custom Asia Travel again for future trips to Southeast Asia. Highly recommended! ❤️❤️❤️

  Tracy and her team were amazing.i had two day trips with this company.my first day was Ha long bay. And 2nd was Nin Binh.both days were included hotel pick up,drop off and lunch.ha long bay I had to use a group tour but Nin BInh I had jade as my tour guide and a very good driver. Every thing on both days were drama free and everything went smooth.thank you for making this experience work for me

  I had the most amazing trip across Vietnam organised through Custom Asia Travel. Thu Ha from the agency prepared a fantastic itinerary across 11 days, taking away the stress and time of having to plan out activities myself. Thu Ha prepared the itinerary based on my interests and consulted with me regularly throughout the trip, including when I needed any tips or had any queries / concerns. The team paired me up with fantastic guides in Ho Chi Minh, Hoi An, Hue and Hanoi. I had the trip of a lifetime and would not hesitate to recommend the team at Custom Asia Travel to friends and family. I will certainly be checking in with them next time I plan a trip in South East Asia.

  We enjoyed our 11 day trip to Vietnam so much. Thank you to Custom Asia team especially Minh who organised a well planned itinerary for our holiday. From hotel, tour guide, transportation & food were top notch. Custom Asia, you have brought us good memories about Vietnam. Very recommended!

  My partner and I contacted Custom Asia Travel to organise a 37 day trip of Vietnam Cambodia Laos and ending with a 5 day beach break in Krabi Thailand. The itinerary devised by Susan Hien literally sounded too good to be true!! It included arrival Hanoi , then the Chau valley , trekking and cycling in Pu Luong then canoeing in Ninh Binh all before boarding a 2 day cruise ship around Ha long Bay. This was followed by the first of 9 internal flights to Hue with the amazing Citidal, then the wonderful town of Hoian. Here we had cooking classes then on to a 5 star hotel in Danang and a beach break. Next to Ho Chi Minh, cu chi tunnels, Mekong Delta and then fly to the island Phu Quoc for another beach break. Next Fly to Phnom Penh, killing fields, king’s palace then drive to Siem Reap party town for the Angkor complex. Back in the air to Laos and Luang Prabang to walk the early morning streets with the monks, then into the mountains to experience how difficult rural life really is including the local witch doctor. Next to the capitol Vientiane by super fast train and then another 2 flights to our final destination Krabi, Thailand. From the moment we arrived anywhere we had a fabulous knowledgeable tour guide and driver waiting just for the 2 of us. They were never late in picking us up. All our hotels were excellent and always right in the centre of the action. CAT booked us in for all our internal flights and sent us the details, there support was truly amazing! Our trip was completely amazing and we can only recommend that everyone should give this company a chance to organise their dream trip of Asia. Another tremendous plus of our holiday was the overall price of all these activities, flights, hotels, guides, drivers, food that was included, boat and train trips. Not sure you’re allowed to put costs on reviews but please get a price and I can assure that you’ll be amazed and booking your next holiday with Customer Asia Travels. Carol and I would like thank again Susan Hien for all the support with flights, hotels and resolving any questions we had. She even met us on our first morning in Hanoi with some lovely Vietnamese plates which are now on our kitchen wall. If it’s excepted I’m very happy to chat to anyone future holiday makers who are thinking of using this fabulous company 👍

  We recently returned from an unforgettable family trip through Vietnam, planned by Custom Asia Travel, and I can confidently say they exceeded every expectation. From the very first interaction, Maeve was outstanding—patient, attentive, and incredibly insightful. She designed a seamless itinerary for our journey from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, perfectly tailored to our family’s interests and pace. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the trekking adventure in Mu Cang Chai. Our guide, Mr. Thành, was exceptional. His deep knowledge of local culture, history, fauna, and flora brought the region to life in a way we will never forget. Every step of that trek felt meaningful, immersive, and truly special. Throughout the trip, every meal, activity, and pit stop had been thoughtfully chosen to give us a unique and authentic Vietnamese experience. The hotels and transport arranged across all our destinations—Hanoi, Cát Bà, Hạ Long, Huế, Hội An, Cam Ranh, and Ho Chi Minh City—were perfectly selected for comfort, convenience, and family-friendliness. What we appreciated most was how effortless everything felt. Custom Asia Travel handled every detail so well that we could simply relax and enjoy the beauty and culture around us.   Vietnam completely stole my heart. It all began with a wild and wonderful cyclo ride through the bustling streets of Hanoi. Whizzing through the city center, surrounded by motorbikes, laughter, and nonstop energy, I knew right then this trip was going to be something special. From there, we journeyed to the serene, emerald waters of Halong Bay. The limestone islands rising dramatically from the calm sea were absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed a magical two-night boat cruise, which gave us plenty of time to explore the caves tucked inside the many islands. Waking up to the stillness of the bay each morning felt like stepping into a dream. There was something about Da Nang that I truly loved. I can’t quite put my finger on it—but it’s a vibrant, thriving city that feels like it’s on the cusp of greatness. It has an energy that’s modern yet relaxed, and I found it completely captivating. Learning about the kings and emperors of Vietnam was incredible. The history, the political intrigue—it all came to life as we explored the immense and magnificent Imperial City of Huế. Walking through the grand citadel walls, you could almost feel the weight of centuries past. We visited so many stunning pagodas and religious sites across the country that I honestly lost track—but each one was more beautiful and peaceful than the last. And the weather? Absolutely perfect. Mid-February is truly the best time to visit Vietnam. Then there was Ho Chi Minh City—also known as Saigon—with its frenetic, contagious energy. The nightlife is unbeatable. We experienced the “ride of our lives” on a Vespa tour through the city at night, which was hands down the best way to see the city and soak in its incredible atmosphere. Our tour guides were exceptionally knowledgeable about the history, culture, and people of Vietnam, which made every stop even more meaningful. The hotels we stayed in were truly five-star-plus—absolutely amazing in every way. The breakfast buffets alone were worth raving about: anything and everything you could possibly want, and then some! Most priceless of all was learning about the culture and connecting with the people of Vietnam. The kindness, warmth, and friendliness we experienced everywhere we went made the trip unforgettable. And the food—simply outstanding. Vietnam was never even on my bucket list. But thanks to the wonderful group Minh and her travel agency put together, along with Nicole, I thought, “Why not?” I knew I’d enjoy everyone’s company no matter where we were headed. What I didn’t expect was that the backdrop of Vietnam would elevate the trip into something truly stellar. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vietnam to anyone. It is a beautiful country filled with incredible history, vibrant cities, peaceful landscapes, delicious food, and some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. This was more than a vacation—it was an unforgettable experience.
