  The agent - Julie was amazing, from the moment I inquired about their packages down to confirming the booking was above and beyond. She was very helpful in assisting us for our travel without rushing to get our documents. She was always checking on us if there's anything else we need. Tha lotus Charm travel is highly recomendable.

  蓮魅旅遊，Harry！Our tour guide, Harry, was very friendly and handsome. He provided excellent service throughout the trip, taking care of our group of elderly, women, and children. He was also very funny and gave detailed explanations of the itinerary and attractions. I will definitely hire Harry again next time I travel to Vietnam.
