Ysim doesn't just serve the best coffee I have ever tasted; he immerses you in the entire coffee-making journey. From the moment we arrived, Ysim's passion and expertise were evident. He didn't just make coffee; he crafted an educational adventure, taking us from the plant to the cup with incredible detail and care. Our visit to the Dang farm was a revelation. Ysim guided us through the lush coffee fields, sharing fascinating insights about the cultivation and harvesting process. His depth of knowledge is astounding, and he imparts it with such enthusiasm and clarity that even complex information becomes accessible and engaging. Ysim is not only an expert in his field but also a genuinely warm and friendly person. His hospitality makes you feel like you're reconnecting with an old friend.   Writing this comment makes me feel so grateful and lucky to have met Ysim. His passion and simplicity for coffee makes his place and product one of a kind. I went there to try a coffee and ended up with a coffee tour, a chat about life and camping for two nights with his friends! He has different coffee beans and methods to prepare your cup and if you are interested, he will answr any question you have and taje you through a road into a universe of flavours and aromas. Jump with him in his van and do a tour to listen the history of coffee in the region and visit a coffee farm. Get to know how the beans end up in your coffee cup in a tour that is more a chat with a friend than a tour. He connected me with friends and invited me to camp with them. So that is the kind of connection you have with Ysim. This is a must stop in BMT. A memory thag will last for me ever and a complete highlight of my trip through Vietnam and Central Highlands. We even did an exchange mate and coffee preparing methods!

  If you are looking for a good coffee accompanied by an authentic experience, rely on Ysim! We passed by him with the desire for a simple coffee in the morning and we ended up spending 2 days talking about our experiences and learning new things related to this world directly from the producers. It is rare to find people so passionate and open to welcome you with this enthusiasm, it was a fantastic experience! P.S. Espresso was delicious, Italian verified😉
