Coffee world is very beautiful, it is very crowded at 11 a.m. I bought tickets on Klook last night so I didn't need to line up to buy tickets. Each person with 1 ticket will receive 1 cup of coffee, great flavor. It was a great experience. Everyone should buy tickets on Klook like me because waiting to buy tickets to enter takes a long time

Visiting the Bảo tàng Thế giới Cà phê (World Coffee Museum) in Buon Ma Thuot was a deeply moving experience that felt less like a typical museum tour and more like a spiritual journey into the heart of coffee culture. From the moment I saw the iconic architecture—inspired by the traditional Longhouse of the Ede people—I was struck by how beautifully the space honors the heritage of the Central Highlands. It is a stunning tribute to the land and the people who have cultivated this craft for generations. The interior is equally breathtaking, with a minimalist yet warm design that allows the exhibits to truly speak to you. Walking through the "Scent" and "Sound" galleries, I felt a genuine emotional connection to the history of the bean. It wasn't just about looking at old tools; it was about smelling the rich aromas and hearing the stories of the farmers. The museum successfully captures the "soul" of coffee, making you realize that every cup contains a world of hard work and passion. What made my visit truly special was the sense of peace I felt while wandering through the open, sun-drenched halls. Sitting down for a tasting at the end was the perfect conclusion—the coffee was, without a doubt, some of the best I’ve ever had, served with a level of pride that you can really feel. If you find yourself in the Central Highlands, this is a must-see. It’s a 5/5 experience that leaves you with a renewed appreciation for the simple joy of a morning brew.

The Coffee Museum in Dak Lak is a must visit when in Buon Ma Thuot. The exhibits are well designed and interactive, showing the journey of coffee around the world and Vietnam’s important role in coffee culture. I loved seeing the traditional tools, different beans, and the global coffee map display. The space is modern, clean, and very informative without feeling boring. There is also a beautiful library area and creative installations that make it great for photos. If you enjoy coffee or want to understand why Buon Ma Thuot is called the coffee capital of Vietnam, this place is worth your time.

Impressive place. Good space, very internos. Good lectures on the history of coffee. The museum buildings are magnificent, as is the view of the pagoda from it. Time to visit 60-90 minutes.

This is one of the should visit tourist attractions I recommended. It is a great effort by Trung Nguyen coffee. They did a brief but informative introduction about the types of coffee and coffee brewing tools. I enjoyed the visit

We didn't expect much but it's really great. The architecture is amazing, we learnt truly a lot about coffee and famous coffee drinkers and very much enjoyed the stay. A coffee and instant coffee package (delicious) is included. If you are in Buon Ma Thuot go there, it's worth it.

The houses and a few houses at the museum are amazing. Here they have collected a lot of antiquities related to the formation and development of coffee over the decades. In particular, there are many spaces arranged about the culture and identity of Vietnamese people. The entrance ticket here includes 1 cup of coffee, I was looking forward to a cup of coffee at this famous place, but the coffee taste is not as special as I expected

All the 1-star reviews are true. Don't waste your money here, I'm sure this city has a lot better to offer than this. This is just an advertising you have to pay for. If you want to see a whole lot of post-industrial, mass-produced coffee pots, cups or dispensers, with no real explanation or time frame, this place is for you. You can admire below, a beautiful French pot with plastic parts from... 1852 (!?), and a German box from Egypt. At least we had a good laugh!
