“I can’t recommend this garden highly enough. From the moment you step in, you’re surrounded by lush greenery, colorful flowers, and winding paths that invite you to slow down and truly enjoy nature. The landscaping is beautifully planned, with different themed sections that showcase an incredible variety of plants—from flowering shrubs and exotic trees to meticulously arranged seasonal beds. What really impressed me was how well maintained everything is. You can tell the staff and volunteers here really care about this space. The paths are clean, the lawns are neatly trimmed, and there are plenty of benches in shaded spots where you can sit and relax. Even the signage is excellent, with lots of interesting information about the different species, which makes it educational as well as beautiful. It’s also such a peaceful place. Despite being popular, it never feels too crowded because there’s so much space to explore. You can find quiet corners for reading or reflection, open areas for picnicking, and even little bridges and water features that add to the charm. I also noticed they seem to have worked hard to make it accessible, with clear paths and gentle slopes that make it easy for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy. We visited in the late afternoon and the light was just magical—perfect for photos. It’s a fantastic spot for families, couples, or anyone who just wants to escape the noise of the city and spend time in nature. I could see it being a great place for artists to sketch, for birdwatchers, or simply for anyone wanting some fresh air and tranquility. Overall, this garden is a real treasure. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to put it on your list. It’s a perfect reminder of how important green spaces are for our well-being. I’ll definitely be back.

Was a lovely, quiet place to stay just out of Buon Ma Thuot. Great facilities to relax in - good pool, lovely gardens and nice food available. We used Happy Travel Company to show us around the local area and highly recommend Mr Chinh and the service he offered.

Honestly, although a bit far away, still probably the best accommodation in BMT. Staff was incredibly helpful and really listened to the voice of the customer. When we arrived there were construction works happening. I asked the reception to tell the workers to stop and they did. I just wish I didnt have to point it out - the busiest Saturday in a month and the hotel decides to hire construction workers to weld an cut metal? 😅 We were VERY surprised by the quality of the food. I'd definitely be back. While it js a bit far away, if you don't mind driving you will really like this place.

Two days in a row, karaoke in the courtyard that was beyond loud, till late at night. Plus side - Good water pressure, fast wifi, comfortable bed, nice view. Bad - Poor noise control, Ants everywhere, stairs, no elevator, no grocery shops anywhere nearby, far from the city

Warning. They use this place also as a party location! I booked for four nights. But I checked out after two nights as they are having parties in this place as well. So, you can't really enjoy the pool or the balcony, as there is noise all over the place. The hotel is three years old only, but hardly maintained. The walls are dirty and water is leaking from the shower into the bedroom. The balcony is quite dirty. Also the pool has green stains. All together it is a pity that they can't keep up with cleaning and maintenance. But I did not feel comfy. I could be a hidden gem. But it is turning into trash.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. One of the main reasons I booked it was the fitness center, which was listed on Agoda, but upon arrival, I was told it didn’t exist. This was quite disappointing and seemed to be a miscommunication between the hotel and the Agoda itself. Unfortunately, the only response from the hotel was a generic, impersonal apology note left in our room, with no further gesture. Communication was also a challenge, as the staff didn’t speak much English, making interactions difficult and affecting the overall sense of hospitality and service. On the positive side, the property was very clean, and the swimming pool was of great quality. However, the hotel’s food was nothing special, and the location was not ideal. That said, the staff still did their best to assist us despite the language barrier. Overall, while there were some positives, the experience didn’t fully meet expectations, and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this hotel to international travelers looking for a smooth and hassle-free stay.

My stay at Hami Garden was disappointing. Despite being advertised as a 4-star establishment, it fell far short of expectations: unavailable facilities without prior notice, inconsistent service, and a complete lack of consideration for guests. While the setting is pleasant and the resort claims to support local communities, the overall experience was ruined by poor management. Avoid if you’re looking for a stay that meets basic hospitality standards.
