  Thank you all the staffs at Hao Nhien Hotel for their hospitality and support during our stays from 9/26 to 9/30. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon to Buon Me Thuat and had a good experience with the services here.

  Price was good. Building new, plenty of bedding, large airy rooms but no sound proofing, so you hear talking and movements right across the floor. Only one lift so a delay going up and down. Value for money for a night or two

  Renovated hotel in a near downtown location. All major points in downtown are walking distance and many restaurants around. Spacious room and bathroom. Wifi was so weak in the room that the youtube was intermittent. The staff in the counter tried to help and kind. I will be back when I visit BMT.

  Hotel Hao Nhien has lots of positives but some negatives as well, but overall, it was an ok stay (and it is pet friendly (which is important for me as I travel with my pet dog). Upon arrival, they kindly matched the Booking.com price. I was allocated a corner room, which doesn't seem to be as nice or as functional as their other rooms (on the same floor). My room was air-conditioned, had a small refrigerator (with a good selection of chargeable beverages), a wall mounted fan, and a flatscreen TV. Unfortunately, the TV was mounted in the corner next to a mirror which was on the adjacent wall....so watching TV I always saw double, which was annoyingly distracting (plus the channel selections weren't good - no Box channels or Netflix app just the silly YouTube app and the terrible FreeTV options.) The room, however, was modern looking and clean, and had a private bathroom (spacious and also very clean). The room was furnished with a double bed (soft type of mattress), a bedside table (with telephone), a bench top with large mirror, two wooden chairs with a small glass top table, and large open wardrobe (sort of looked unfinished....no doors and no side???). Being a corner room (facing east = sunrise), it had two windows which had blinds that were ineffective....by 6am the room was way too bright to sleep undisturbed. (This was a significant negative aspect for me.) The hotel boasts free WiFi (worked ok for me) and has an underground carpark but has no direct access to the building....once parked, you have to walk back outside to gain entry to reception. Hotel Hao Nhien is conveniently located with many local restaurants and cafes all within walking distances and a Bach Hoa Xanh (local supermarket chain) not too far away either. (FOOD TIP; For a cheap and delicious feed of Banh It Ram try Banh Canh Ca Lo at 120 Nguyen Cong Tru....about 5 minute walk.) This place is OK for a short-term stay...I think my stay would've been better had I been given a different room. When I return to Buon Ma Thuot I will give this hotel another try, but just not a corner room.
