  Pros: - Good location. - Room is clean. - The staff also very friendly and flexible with the check in and check out time. Cons: - The normal room is a bit small. But it's okay, it's still comfortable and have enough facilities

  4.5 stars from me! Very clean, comfortable beds and nice clean bathroom !!! Great staff! We enjoyed our stay and location !!!

  Plus points - Snacks and mini fridge drinks are complimentary. Pretty good location with a supermarket & small mall just beside. Sincere staff service. Minus points - Corridors outside of rooms are dark, creepy & quiet at night especially. Room is pretty dark. Plenty of cobwebs on shower ceiling. Heater takes an extremely long time to heat up. Shower water temperature is very unpredictable. Keeps fluctuating between hot & cold & difficult to nail down the right temperature. Staff only able to give me half the extra number of pillows that i requested. Something that international hotels usually will have no issues with. And the extra pillows given had a dead ant and some hair on them. No iron or ironing board in room. The constant blaring horns from the roads outside are always audible (do not understand why Viet people horn so much on the roads). Sound proofing is bad indeed as per others' reviews, and u will hear loud noises from other guests and staff talking inconsiderately loudly from as early as 6am. Staff's English speaking abilities are very limited. Very difficult to communicate with them. Very difficult to get good rest here overall
