  I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service was outstanding. The delicious breakfast buffet added a delightful touch to my stay, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

  I stayed in VIP superior room. Room has separate sofa area though a bit cramped. Bedroom was of decent size and room has view on 3 sides. Room rate deserve a 4 star rating. Bathroom size was okie but it was not convenient to enter bath tub and exit as it was at a height. Water pressure was very low. Quality of toiletries were simple. Check in took less than a minute since they just asked for ID card and handed over the key. Room phone does not work. Room location was a bit inconvenient had i been an old person as i have to take lift followed by mandatory stairs. There was no one at Spa reception. Despite my request at reception, no one turned up and i had to forego the option. Breakfast had good options though again service was bad. I asked for omlete with vegetables and they handed over to me fried egg with banh mi (bread). One more strange thing happened in front of me. A guest took her breakfast plate to a table and was just about to sit when the chef preparing pho/ eggs came with his Pho bowl and sit in the same table. Lady without complain but with a surprised face left and seated in another table. This was ruthless and such kind of hospitality is not expected from such hotel

  White Horse hotel is outdated, rooms are small unless you have a superior or VIP room. We stayed during the Lunar New Year so breakfast was crowded but great selection of breakfast items and quality of foods are excellent. Overall , a good 3 night to visit the areas.

  We spent one night there. We asked for a big room, but it was so dirty and lots of dust. So we had no choice, but took a VIP room. The room was so small and overpriced. The breakfast was good. They had different kinds of foods, served as buffet style. Service was okay. They didn't ask for tips as previous review.

  Beautiful from the outside the interior of the hotel looks quite old and definitely needs to be renovated. My room was renovated, spaceous, clean and well equipped. I had a good sleep. Breakfast however was terrible but considering the room charge you probably cannot expect more.

  Stayed here a few days and decided to leave for another hotel. When we first arrived we were told the hotel was full so they didn't have any other double rooms, this turned out to be a complete lie. We saw about 2 other guests in the 3 nights we stayed there and the whole hotel seemed empty. When we went down for breakfast that's included in the price at 540, there were about 3 things to choose from to eat In total and very small amounts of it so if the other few guests got there before there would just be a very small breakfast left for two or nothing at all. The tables in the dining area are very big with many plates on just to give the illusion there will be a lot of food there. We were shocked to find so many buffet containers empty and so little food on all the tables. For the price this hotel definitely isn't worth it with such a bad breakfast included. There are many hotels much nicer and better value than here and it's not hard to find them.

  This hotel was wrapped in a fancy veneer, but was one of the most thoroughly unprofessionally managed operations we've ever encountered. Start with the positives: the room was clean. And that's it. ||||Now onto the negatives. We were overcharged for the room: $28 dollars was way over the odds for this place, but we arrived late and there are very few options. It was only later that we discovered the price they'd shown us on their official card was more than double the price stated in Vietnamese dong on the wall beside the internet station. Inflation of 100% in less than a year????. ||||The staff found it hard to pull themselves away from their television sets to offer us any service, or give us any information about the town. They also seemed to think it was fine to sit in packs smoking and listening to music on their mobile phones as we tried to eat our dinner (we were also massively over-charged for a couple of dishes of fried spinach). Although breakfast was included, the buffet was barren when we got to it and we had to jump through several hoops for someone to agree to cook us some eggs. ||||We hope that some tourists can find a way to access the nearby Yok Don National Park! When we finally extracted an address for a travel agency from the hotel's staff it was the wrong number on the street and the agent also tried to convince us to pay a ludicrous amount of money to get on the bus to the park ourselves and walk with a guide through an area where he thought "we were unlikely to see any animals". ||||Perhaps Buon Ma Thuot doesn't get many visitors but we found it hard to believe that the treatment we received wasn't some form of outright hostility to tourists. We hope that somebody else has a more positive experience there but don't stay in this hotel!

  After reading other reviews I was apprehensive, but on arrival I realized a lot had changed here. I had a prepaid reservation and on arrival, I presented my passport and was given my key immediately. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lobby is spacious, nicely decorated. Room was very big, clean and smelled just fine. Apparently the nightclub has been closed because we had a very quiet pleasant sleep and were happy to find an enormous buffet breakfast with excellent coffee in the morning. This hotel is rated three stars but it is much better than many four star hotels I have stayed in! I can find no problems so far. Good location, correctly priced. Very happy here!
