Very efficient there is a queue number system, scan QR, enter your phone number and a number is assigned. Within ten minutes it was my turn. 3 numbers ahead of me. Thank you to the staff Quyền. She use translate app and can communicate smoothly.

Very good experience here. I came to register my sim card, was super easy. When you enter, scan the QR code on one of the tables to get a queue number. There's wifi available. Wait for the TV to call your queue number and then go to the desk. The attendant spoke some basic English, but because my situation was irregular it was easier to just use translator apps. She was very friendly, never asked for a bribe or anything. Would definitely recommend visiting here.

I like viettel a lot and always use their services when I’m in Vietnam. I already had data but needed some minutes to call the US. I got 20 minutes for 20k..that’s very reasonable to call long distance but it only last one day. They also had 250 minutes for 200k and last 30 days. The staff were friendly and explained things well. Highly recommended

Our experience at this store was mixed. The treatment was correct but quite basic, and the staff barely spoke English. That said, in the end you can make yourself understood, so that part wasn’t a big issue. The main problem was with the SIM cards. An eSIM costs more than a physical SIM, which is frustrating, especially considering that many phones nowadays do not even support physical SIM cards. This pricing policy makes little sense. On top of that, one of the staff members took my phone and turned off airplane mode without asking me first. This immediately activated data roaming with my home carrier, which resulted in extra charges from my own company. While the staff member did have the gesture of not charging me the 35,000 VND difference as compensation, unfortunately my carrier will charge me much more than that for the roaming usage until I noticed it. The only positive point is that prices are generally reasonable, but overall the experience could have been much better, especially regarding transparency and handling customers’ phones without permission.

STOP! YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED FOR 400,000 VND! 🚨 This is a "Tourist Trap" masquerading as an official store. Their Price: 535,000 VND for a 4GB/day SIM. Official Price: 185,000 VND. They are literally charging you a $16 "Ignorance Tax" just for registration. Their own price list admits that monthly top-ups are only 135,000 VND, yet they charge 535,000 VND for the first month. DON'T BE A VICTIM. Save your money. Go to a real "Viettel Trung Tâm" (Service Center). See photos for the 300% price difference! 📸👇
