  There is a good park across the road. The very large swimming pool. Go kart track. Hotel staff very friendly. They also hire out scooters reasonable prices.

  Good hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Room and bedding was clean and serviced daily. Toiletries a d bottled watersupplied. Kettle also supplied. Very reasonable priced breakfast.

  The reception needs more professionalism. The manager was still professional but the receptionist kept complicating things after checking our documents, he was still being suspicious about us for no reason although my wife is a local then kept asking for a phone number after all that protocol which made us feel like we're at an investigation not a hotel to relax.

  Got here a few hours ago. Don't go for their nicer rooms - they aren't actually nicer. I spent two minutes in one and noticed ants on the wall, the card slot was broken, and an annoying beeping noise. At my request, they moved me down to a normal room. It was better. Clean. If quiet is important to you, don't come here. I hear everything outside very clearly. I doubt theirs any insulation in the walls. Time for a long couple of days. I don't expect to enjoy my time here - peace and quiet is very important to me. If you like quiet; don't come here. If quiet isn't important, than this is a solid clean choice.

  *No hot water at night! Do not use this hotel.* We had water the first four days of our stay at all hours of the day. On the fifth and sixth day, there was no hot water at night. The hotel staff said their hot water is generated from solar source only. The hot water tank stores the hot water and if the hot water runs out at night, there is not more hot water to be had. I question the veracity of this since we had hot water the first four days of our stay. In fact I took a shower at 5:00 AM in the morning on our second night and there was plenty of hot water. On the fifth and sixth day, there was no hot water at night. How can a hotel have no source of hot water at night? Unacceptable! Rooms are small and cramped. But I am told my upgraded room is better than other hotels in the center of the city. The pictures shown are a bit deceptive and appear larger than they actually are. I can't count the number of times I banged my knees and feet.

  We booked a room here via website, received confirmation email. But they refused to give us a room when we arrived, stating that we are to blame because we didn't call the hotel to verify first.

  Service is non-existent, we booked via a third party app and got a confirmation, but they insisted we must confirmed again and denied us service. Even though they are wrong, we tried to explain things but the clerk kept cutting in and escalated things. Not a chance of going here.
