Room is decent but nothing special. Best thing about this place is food. You can find traditional Vietnamese breakfast rice dishes as good as any found on the street. Second thing I like about this place is the swimming pool. You don’t need to pay extra to swim, and you can access it anytime you like, though be careful there may not be a lifeguard in the evening. I’m not sure if you need to pay to play tennis. The sports complex overall is the best sight to be seen in the hotel, because it is situated in the brightest spot where the sun shines on in the morning and they decorate it beautifully with flowers.

The staff was kind and friendly. Since the hotel is not new, the room design is a bit outdated. However, the room was super clean and equipped with various amenities, all of which functioned properly. I would highly recommend it!

Friendly and helpful staff. Despite not a new Hotel the rooms have been kept clean and nice. Relaxing view. Enjoy the swimming pool. My choice for BMT since long time.

It’s a huge worn out communist style hotel with great swimming pool and a good breakfast. Rooms are worn out too with old bathroom but clean and neat. The rooms all have the same style and design yet those on first floor are more expensive which is not really reasonable.

Reservation was made by our road trip company so we weren't sure what to expect. The room was large, confortable bed and there were 2 nice soft chairs for a view out over the valley.. In February the wind was so strong that the pool didn't seem a good choice - the waves at Lak Lek meant no boat trip either. ||Buffet breakfast was plentiful and dining area was big enough to take a large number of guests (Asian and European opttions). Coffee and karaoke places just across the street. Didn't choose to eat in the hotel in the evening but good range of Vietnaese options on the menu. Take a taxi to places if you want to shop as town is quite spread out

We wanted to visit some less touristic city during our trip so we chose Buon Ma Thuot and booked this hotel on our way down.||The hotel itself is nice and clean, room was big and with many electric plugs (which I find important as I charge a lot of devices and powerbanks). Also the price is ok and the buffet breakfast was fine.||But what I did not understand is how can almost no one speaks english. It is a|Hotel. One can presume that foreigners will come. Not here. Receptionists, waitresses and even the lady in tourist office. We had the luck for one lady that knows the very basics.

Our room was good and the beds comfy. Dinner was pretty decent and the buffet breakfast not bad at all. The best feature is the pool. Very nice to cool off in. Just a bit awkward to dry our trunks off with no balcony or fan in the room.

Stayed here once during my business trip in Buon Me Thuoc. The hotel is quite good in terms of its services & its rooms. Room is spacious with decent bathroom. TV is ok to have CNN. Breakfast is average & enough for the start of the day. In the bakck yard of the hotel, there is a swimming pool & a tennis court and a big garden to bring fresh air to the hotel. Very lovely view from the room to the garden. With its rate, this hotel is ok to stay for a short business trip.
