A aged hotel that has seen better days. I stayed at room 617 for 3 nights. Service was good and they helped me with bus booking. Breakfast was nothing to shout about but the coffee and yoghurt were good. The room safe malfunction and they technician had the use a grinder to cut open.

This is an older grand hotel at the beginning of Hai Ba Trung street. Good rooms with view over town and out to the fantastic sky, fridge, kettle, good matrass. enough plugs and space for a notebook. breakfast buffet is growing and shrinking with the number of guests – but anyway enough to eat and good dishes. In my room, the water from the shower runs away from the sinkhole across the entire bathroom to find its way down under the lavabo. I liked the view and the pool on the top floor, must swim many rounds to get the daily meters. Close to the famous market and even in walking distance to Dak Lak Musum, large Temples, book street. Supportive staff, also for tourist information. (Sept. 2023)

Close towards Vincom plaza and BMT market, one won’t be hungry for food even midnight snack. Hotel is a bit old but the room was clean and had daily housekeeping to replenish my coffee and water. Comfy bed and strong hot water.

Heard it was the only 5-star hotel in Buon Me Thuot. The quality, unfortunately, was under expectations. Room was very small and old with limited view by a small window. There was no separation between the toilet and the shower so the floor was always wet with water flooded. Limited choice on the television was another minus point. Breakfast was simple and boring. Sound proof was a big issue to us as we could hear every single noise from the next room, and as we were assigned a room right next to the housekeeper section, it was extremely loud in the early morning. Compared to the other 5-star hotels that we had stayed, this was not deserved as a 5-star!

We had reserved a room at another hotel, but they didn't have our reservation and were full so we went to this hotel. A mistake. We thought it was a luxury hotel. It has large rooms but it is by no means a luxury hotel. The work chair at the desk is just another wood chair (without cushions) from the hotel restaurant. The AC is so underpowered it took three hours for the room to cool down after we arrived. The shower didn't have hot water in the morning, just warm water. It was better that evening and the next day. There was no switch for one of the lights, so I had to call the hotel engineer to work the bedside program to turn it off. It even took him a while to figure it out. There is a tub with a shower, but the tub is placed near a wall, with no caulking or wrap around shower curtain, so the water hits the wall and runs down outside the tub. The TV is about 20 feet from the head of the bed, so you can't really see it at that distance. The toilet roll holder is behind the toilet seat, very difficult to reach. I could go on, but the design shortcomings are endless.||||The bed is actually reasonably comfortable, as are the pillows. If the AC was strong enough, you could get a decent night's sleep. The restaurant breakfast buffet has only Vietnamese food. Probably no westerners stay at this hotel. The only Western food was runny yogurt, and you could have made to order eggs.||||Service tries to be accommodating, but they speak very little English. Finally, there are more than a dozen steps to the hotel, maybe 15 or so. Bellboys carry the suitcases up and down the stairs, but that is ridiculous. Why not make the entrance ground level. I felt sorry for the bellhops, but this is insanely stupid design. Try to find another hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was sorry to leave. I have never come accross friendlier staff who gave 100% despite language difficulties. I speak not a word of Vietnamese but they helped me to communicate and offered fantastic service. The building, room and bed were all first class but this hotel is not in London so don't expect bacon for breakfast or steak for dinner. Don't expect Tetleys tea bags in your room or English soaps on the TV. This hotel is Vietnamese and quite rightly proud to be so. This hotel is a shining example of Vietnamese service and friendliness.
