  Cosy hotel with hot water in the bathroom. Comfy bed, nice view, nice buffet. Kinda windy and noisy from the A/C. Delicious tea also

  Might be back We traveled as a group of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) so the triple room was just perfect for us. The room is basically clean and nice city view. Staff are friendly, especially f&b service staff who were very attentive tentative. The hotel should arrange more small tables for small group (2-4 people). On the day we stayed, the hotel was full and we could barely find a table for ourselves and had to ask to share table with someone else. I am not quite happy with it. The drain along the kid swimming pool is filled with small rocks, which looks nice but quite dangerous. When we were there with our kids, there was a little one picking up the rock/stones and threw in the swimming pool. At that time, we had to ask him to stop before he could hurt other kids. My little nephew found quite a few stones in the pool. So I think these rocks/ stones should be removed for guest’s safety. Also there is a hangover piece of concrete in kid pool which could be potential hazard. Kids coming out of water without noticing could hit their head. Its location is just perfect. Easy to get around and lot of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping places.

  You get what you pay for, but I am surprised this hotel is 4 stars. The facility like gym/fitness center is an absolute disgrace. The room itself feels old and run down. Breakfast buffet is only half decent, but I could see the effort in rotating dishes and keeping them filled abundantly. This hotel serves the purpose of having a place to sleep and shower, but that's pretty much it. If you expect a real four-star experience, better luck somewhere else.

  The hotel is centrally located within the city, offering great convenience as it is surrounded by every type of shop and amenity that travelers might need. Reasonable price, cleaning team is very nice|Some issue that management should address to ensure the hotel becomes perfect in the eyes of guests.|Aside from the external noise—which suggests that the walls' soundproofing is poor—everything else is satisfactory|A staff member serving at the breakfast buffet kept staring at the customers it made customers feel very uncomfortable.|Jennifer Mang

  I feel like getting cheated..Hotel over advertised at trip.com.. web site advertised family room apartment with 2 room c/w 2 toilet and one with bathtub.. in fact only only 1 toilet available no bath tub at all.. check in time need to wait for 1 hour.. even i check in at 2pm. End up i need to pay more to get another room.. this is not fare... no recommend anyone to come.

  Hotel is in good location and easy to find. Good parking garage. Very nice staff and many of the staff speaks English. We had big room in 14th floor. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Pillow was hard like an rock. People smoke all over the hotel. Our "non smoking" room get smell when people smoke in outside of the room.|Everything was worn-out...|Hotel needs major "make up"|All the personal get 10 points

  We spent 3 nights in this hotel. It is the must staying hotel in Buon Me Thuot city with beautiful views. From the hotel’s room, you can see a beautiful church, the culture center.... The hotel is located in the center of the city, so it is so near to some destinations, such as: Buon Me Thuot’s museum, Trung Nguyen coffee village, coffee museum. The room is so big with luxury bath room, dining room, and bedroom. The service is good with friendly and professional staff. There is one thing that we don’t like: breakfast is poor with the same menu, food is so bad. But if you don’t like hotel’s breakfast, you can go out to try local food as: “bun do”, “bun rieu” (around 100m -200m from the hotel)
