  Love this small hotel but full service & facility. They have afternoon tea free, sauna, pool, coctails, billard… love the concept of the owner. Always stay here when in BMT though the room is a little bit small

  Awesome hotel. Clean, great location and wonderful staff. I ran to one of the owners and drank all night with him. Sang karaoke and shared ruou. Great memory and experience.

  The rooms were nice and clean, modern, the shower pressure was nice. Also, the air-con controllers was bedside which was a nice touch. The staff were really friendly and not over crowded. Its a real gem and value for money in Buon Ma Thuot. The roof top cocktail bar was really really good, by International standards, which was a pleasant surprise.

  Can't fault this hotel. Loved the modern bedroom with super soft comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly arranged travel to my next destination without me asking, thank you indeed. My only gripe would be the cocktails they serve on the top floor are rather small. Would I stay here again, definitely yes.

  Lovely hotel! Very clean, great amenities, the rooftop was nice! The only downside to our visit was someone playing videos very loudly on the corridor outside our room, the noise travels quite far!

  Loved this hotel! The buffet breakfast was very good and a lot better than other hotel buffet breakfasts I've had in Vietnam at similar price points. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything in the hallways. Other than that the hotel was great and met my expectations.

  Staff make service better even some improvement needed|Thuong from F&B has lovely smile and she deserve to have this 5* review|She provides professional hospitality and has good upselling skill|Some area to improve such as small front side - can be considered back side is front as larger area|Noice from restaurant for rooms which is lower floor and near. Water went out to floor as no hand-shower

  Hotel location in city center good for local sightseeing especially very close to The World Coffee Museum. Reasonable price suitable for all kind of traveller.The breakfast also delicious however hot food and hot beverage at buffet section is not hot enough.
