  Comfortable, if small, rooms. The TV in my room kept “hanging” daily and had to be reset by a technician. No in-room coffee/tea. No electric jug to boil water in room. Good team running the place. Friendly and efficient. Daily breakfast features a relatively modest selection and does not change in variety. Location is unusual in that it is above a financial institution so there is only a small floor standing signage that says “Tru by Hilton”. Quite a number of public hire vehicle drivers had no idea where the building is. The building is next to a school and one morning, the school had a big racket (some school event) at 7am that woke me up.

  It was a very good experience, people are smiling and nice. The atmopshere in the room is perfect for relaxation and stillness. Its very calm and perfect for sleeping. Also, everything is modern and confortable.|The free breakfast in the morning is also very delicious with a lot of diverse food. I highly recommand whether you are alone or with friends.

  The rooms were small but new and clean (although they're still offering the manual water-hose bidet for the toilet instead of the integrated Japanese washlet that are becoming more common in newer hotels). The air conditioning in the room worked well. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate but not a lot of variety. Their gym was very small and basic, just a couple of treadmills and free weights. (And also not very well ventilated. There was some issues with outgassing--I'm not sure from what--but it was hard to breath in there.)

  The hotel was very clean, I like the colorful walls in check-in lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Hanh and Tam. They're so nice when taking a room with the nice view for me, and helping me take the documents to my students also 🫶 The breakfast was soso, not have too many choices. But in general TRU will be the first choice if I back to Dak Lak.

  The hotel is located in the center and very convenient to move around. They provided basic amenities and standard room will come with basic breakfast. The staffs are friendly :)

  An amazing stay with impeccable service. The bed is soft, the pillows are big and comfortable. The room could be bigger but it's cozy nonetheless.

  The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city, with the Dak Lak Museum just a 10-minute walk away and the World Foundation of Coffee Museum reachable in about 30 minutes on foot. It’s a very modern property featuring great amenities, including a small gym, laundry facilities, and an on-site bar and restaurant.My room was excellent and well-maintained. While the breakfast was simple, it was tasty and a good start to the day. The Wi-Fi speed is modest—perfectly fine for scrolling through social media or streaming standard video, though it might struggle with heavier tasks. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

  The Hilton was a fabulous deal at the price I paid. I would’ve stayed all five nights in Buon Ma Thuot had I known they have clouds for beds!!Great staff. Very friendly and helpful.
