Lovely hotel with relaxing garden grounds in a quiet part of the city. The room is comfortable and there is a bathtub which is a nice treat. Yes the water is hot but you have to adjust to a warm temperature. Found the breakfast to be simple and delicious. Selection is beef and noodles or soup or eggs and bread roll. There is a path at the back to the Coffee village, both are wonderful to enjoy some downtime.

Cute little Hotel in Buon Ma Tuot with a lovely garden. Though it's located at a main street you enter the court and it's immediately getting quieter. The Spa is a plus. We tried the facial massage which was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay here but I will say that the staff were not as friendly as other places I've been to. It's also not exactly a resort. I think it's good for the price they charged, and I'd recommend to someone with a similar budget (30 usd/night)

I really wanted to like this place.. But it was not a great experience. The room was quite dirty, including a hole in the wall, and spilled coffee stains. I think I was the only guest and I really felt unsettled staying here and left at 2am to check into another hotel. Was dissappointed that there was no reception in the early hours, and its location also made it hard to get a taxi. And since there was no reception, I still had to return again the next morning to check out and collect my passport. I think this place has never been maintained properly or it could have been a great place.

It just a hotel and not a resort. The shower did not have a divider with the toilet area. The whole floor was wet when I showered. I put the tower on the floor to wipe feet and they charged 125k đồng for replacing tower. There was no warning sign or charging price and no manager when I dispute the charge. They still charged any way. Disappointed. 😂

This is not a resort, which for us, was actually a good thing! The grounds were nice and pretty, and very quiet in spite of being in the middle of the city. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable, and comparable to any western hotel standard. The staff was very helpful, although their English was elementary. They organized taxis, tours, and laundry services for us. Although the breakfast is basic, it's sure convenient. On top of all this, it's a great deal at a lower price than pretty much anywhere else in town.||One word of warning, don't expect much from the Trung Nguyen Coffee "Village". It's more of a glorified coffee shop than an attraction, although it's not a bad place to sample different types of their coffee and buy some coffee related souvenirs.

Stayed for one night as a stop over between Kontum and Nha Trang. We were traveling Vietnam by motorbike thus we needed a place to park our bike, and there was a security guard watching over the car park which was nice. Service at reception was fast nd the member of staff who showed us to our room was very helpful. The room was clean and quite modern in comparison to other hotels of a similar price range we had stayed in Vietnam. Breakfast was plentiful in the morning which was excellent. Only downside would be that there wasn't a great deal to do in Buon Ma Thuot! Overall, we had a pleasant one night stay, and would stay again.

Check the location and make sure it's where you want to be. Some local restaurants nearby are pretty good, and the Trung Nguyen Coffee museum is next door, but to get to the center of town you'll need to walk quite a ways (20-30 minutes) or take a taxi.||||I had a Superior room which was of a decent size and clean with a comfortable bed and balcony. The bathroom fixtures were a little older but also clean no complaints.||||With the exception of breakfast, that's my real review of this place: No complaints. But on the flip side, there's nothing to really rave about either. The Coffee Tour Resort is on a nice property but it could be so much nicer, with some unrealized potential for gardens or other amenities.||||One thing I love about Vietnam hotels are the breakfast buffets they usually offer. This one disappointed me. It was very limited in its offerings and instead of eggs to order, there were few plates with fried eggs on the counter getting cold. On Day 2, I scoped it out again, and then didn't even bother and went to Trung Nguyen to buy breakfast.||||One strange thing about Buon Ma Thuot in general, and Coffee Tour Resort certainly fits with this: people generally don't smile as much as folks in other Vietnamese cities. ||||Vietnamese are warm, happy, engaging people, but if your only visit to Vietnam was Buon Ma Thuot, you might not think so.||||Overall, this resort could easily improve with a few simple efforts. Smile more. Do something with your gardens. Improve your breakfasts (Please start by making it a non-smoking area, but improve the food and offerings as well.) A pool in the open lot near the wall would attract more families.
