Did the elephant and waterfall motorbike tour and it was great! Biong is a super friendly, chill guide and I liked having two guides to reference when in the park. Be prepared for the waterfall trek 😗. What an amazing, small, local team. Had a miscommunication and they took the time to talk things through. Genuinely so nice!

So happy I found Greentraveler — they quickly understood my needs and offered great options since I’m traveling solo. I spent a day and a half with Phong, a local guide who knows the region very well and speaks excellent English. With his motorbike, we visited Chu Yan Sin National Park, Lak Lake, Bim Bim Waterfall, and the very authentic village of Buon Drang Phok. The landscapes along the way were absolutely stunning ! They also invited me to have tea and mooncake with them. I highly recommend to book a tour with them. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories and for showing me your amazing region ! 🙏🏼

Elephant Experience and Waterfall Tour in Lak. We had an unforgettable jungle trek led by Mr. Bhiong Buon Ya, a passionate guide from the Ede community. He spoke English very well, shared deep knowledge of local culture with real enthusiasm, and made the experience truly immersive. The elephant encounter was magical, and the swim near the waterfall was the perfect refresh after the hike. The local meal was delicious, a real treat! The trek is physically demanding (good fitness helps), but totally worth it for the adventure and scenery. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking to experience the real Buon Ma Thuot beyond the usual tourist spots, I can’t recommend Greentraveller Dak Lak Tours enough. They customized a fantastic 2-day itinerary for us based on exactly what we wanted—to meet real coffee farmers and gain a deep understanding of Vietnam’s coffee culture. They absolutely delivered. We visited coffee farms, research institutes, and learned about the different coffee varieties, cultivation methods, and the journey from farm to cup. It was an incredibly authentic and educational experience for us. What made the trip even more special was the opportunity to experience the rich culture of the Êđê people. We visited local communities, learned about their traditions, and gained a much deeper appreciation of the region beyond just coffee. The entire experience was thoughtfully planned, personal, and immersive. It was without a doubt the highlight of our Vietnam trip. A huge thank you to the Greentraveller team for creating such a memorable experience. I highly recommend GreenTraveller for anyone who wants to explore the true heart of Vietnam’s coffee capital.

i did two different tours with greentraveller and had an amazing time at both! first we made dinner at Bhiong’s home using food from the jungle and the garden. it was one of the most authentic experiences i’ve had in my travels. we met his family and cooked one of the best meals i’ve had in a long time. i also went on the elephant and waterfall tour with Bhiong and it was the best day of my two weeks in BMT. we met an elephant, ate delicious Mnong cuisine, and swam at an incredible waterfall. the scenery was beautiful. Bhiong is very proud of his culture and it was a privilege to learn from him. i stayed in the Greentraveller home stay for two weeks and would highly recommend. It is beautiful and I was welcomed as family.

We had an absolutely fantastic coffee tour in the Dak Lak region and can wholeheartedly recommend this local tour operator! The trip took us to authentic local coffee plantations, where we could see with our own eyes how coffee is grown, alongside other plants such as pepper, fruits, and herbs. It was a great opportunity to learn about agriculture in the region in a very natural, non-touristy way. What truly made this experience special was our guide. He enriched the tour with fascinating stories, detailed explanations, and personal insights, and he also showed us places connected to his own ethnic minority heritage. This added a deep cultural dimension to the trip and made it much more meaningful than a standard sightseeing tour. One of the highlights was being invited for a traditional meal in a traditional Ede house. We had the chance to taste local dishes, which was unforgettable. Everything was very well organized, professional, and conducted in a warm, friendly atmosphere from start to finish. If you want to truly understand coffee, local culture, and daily life in Dak Lak, this tour is a must-do!

Ankit was a great tour guide, he showed us local places and introduced him to his friends. We got to try dragon fruit, rode a elephant, and ate lunch at his friend's place (local pricing). Then he was flexible when we told him that we wanted to go somewhere else over a waterfall tour, so we went to the coffee farm! Thanks for the experience and thank you Ngay for the safe driving!

We had an absolutely amazing private coffee farm tour with our tour guide, Y Bhiong Buon Ya, he made for us a very special day, where we could full experience the local life, how coffee is produced in Vietnam, and also how different this part of Vietnam is! Thank you so much, i can strongly recommend this company!
