  We recently engaged Mtravel to support our 15-pax team bonding offsite to Hanoi (3D2N), and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The hotel arrangement in the Old Quarter was exceptionally well chosen — centrally located with entertainment and shopping within walking distance, and a fantastic skyview spot that was perfect for our team’s offsite kick-off drinks. It set the tone for the entire trip. Transportation arrangements were seamless throughout the trip. From airport–hotel–airport transfers covering team members arriving and departing at different times (from early morning to late afternoon flights), everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The shuttle services arranged for our itinerary were punctual and reliable, which was especially important in navigating Hanoi’s peak hour traffic, ensuring our program stayed on schedule. The restaurants selected for our lunches and dinners were excellent — great food, great locations, and suitable ambience that allowed our multicultural team to relax, bond, and enjoy the experience together. We also truly appreciated the team’s flexibility in supporting our group’s requests and accommodating adhoc changes whenever possible. The service level, professionalism, and attention to detail from the Mtravel support staff were outstanding throughout the entire planning and trip execution. Overall, a very well-organized and professionally managed offsite trip. Thank you Mtravel for making our Hanoi team bonding trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

  We are very pleased with MYCT Club's Pre-Wedding and Honeymoon Package. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, and the team checked in with us daily to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our trip. Special thanks to our driver, Ah Tu, whose excellent driving skills and willingness to go the extra mile made our journey smooth and stress-free. Throughout the trip, we were treated to authentic Vietnamese cuisine at local restaurants, which was a highlight for us. The hotels were clean, cozy, and provided a comfortable stay. Additionally, the photographer and make-up artist were highly professional and contributed greatly to our overall experience. We are very satisfied with MYCT Club’s service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable trip in Vietnam!
