  An older hotel but the rooms are a good size and it is located near the center of town. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I am on a cycling tour and they happily moved my bike into the hotel and secured it when the weather turned bad.

  I spent 2 nights here and approached with trepidation after the one awful review on TA. I am happy to report it was not as bad in the end as feared...but certainly not 5 star luxury. The stay started badly as i was shown a dingy room which had clearly not been serviced! After a quick complain to reception I was moved to a suite room...very spacious, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a large if dated bathroom. the general decor was on the tired side...breakfast was very average...although very cheap! The cost was $80 for 2 nights...so it was about the right price for the standard of hotel.

  Definitely the best position in Bac Lieu, short walk to everything. Hotel is a big building but very old. Spacious room but quite dark. Hard bed with very old bed sheet. Chinese - Vietnamese cuisine breakfast is quite good. Free WiFi worked. It's ok for one night stay if you don't expect too much.

  I have used this hotel on three different occations. There has never been any problems to report about. Clean rooms, well equipped, tv with lots of interational channels, polite staff and ok breakfast. Make sure to get rooms with a view. They are much bigger than the standard rooms and’ll give you good value for the money. Note that the standard rooms appears to only have «small, big box tv’s». The big rooms have LCD tvs.||Hotel recommened.

  Stayed here once before and it was terrible. The place is undergoing a renovation so we thought we'd give it a second chance. We asked for one of the newly renovated rooms. Well, once bitten twice shy they say. The new room was really poorly finished, it was dirty, hair in the bathroom, the kettle looked like the builders had just finished with, a family of cockroaches in residence with their feces everywhere. The company that runs this place is a million miles away from good service and quality accommodation. Staff are indifferent. Horrible place. Lesson learned? Yes! We'd rather sleep rough than stay here again.||

  Had 2 nights, on a business trip and not satisfied with my stay: |- Old fashioned design furniture |- Stained duvet cover |- Room does not have good soundproof. I slept at night hearing women in the other room talking and moving stuffs||+ Hot water running fine|+ Free water provided |+ Towels provided |+ TV and aircon in good condition ||No comment about the staffs

  This is not a very nice experience to stay here. Room is not clean and water is leaking from bathtub. Shower head needs to be hold on hands while showering because the holder is too high. Water is leaking on the floor after shower due to weird set up of shower-head. Bedsheet has yellow stain on it. Sink is not working properly, water doesn’t drain. Lobby and elevator has a very strong bad odor. Staff is not friendly, not even a smile. Do not stay here unless you have no other choices. It is not a 3 stars hotel... it is worse than a motel. if there is 0 I will rate it as 0.
