  Awful experience. Zero soundproofing and loud construction on the stairs early Saturday morning. Even after calling reception, the shattering drilling noise didn't stop. Plus, the toilet smells. They clearly don't care about their guests' comfort.

  I was depressed and dissappointed because of hotel’s service. My family has cancelled 4 rooms for 1 month with 500k. Not only does this hotel not refund money to us, but staff are also rude and impolite. This hotel deserves 1 star, even 0 star if this app has this number
