One of the best hotels in town. Centrally located and a rooftop pool with a great view. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel offers good value for money and we would come back again.

My family always choose Phu Cuong hotel when we visit Ca Mau. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have connecting rooms which is convenient for us as a family. The rooms have great views and there are many food shops and restaurants around the area. This time we visited, some facilities are down graded abit, like the water is leaking. I think they should do some renovation or maintenance. But other than that, their services are good. I enjoy their breakfast as well. Enough options for you to choose. The seasoning is reasonable. The staffs are friendly and nice as well. You do have welcome when you check in. The bellboy will with you with your luggages as any other hotel. They have a big front yard for you to park your car, but it’s also limited to 6-7 vehicles in front, and a few on the other side. Anyway, the staff will help you find a spot. Overall, recommended!

The hotel is clean and well kept. The front desk and staff is efficient. The rooms are large and comfortable. We had a street view and found it difficult to sleep with the cars honking as they do throughout most the night. We found a very nice setup for breakfast with a noodle bar and fresh eggs which were very well made. After eating my 1st piece of toast I found a sour taste and spit it out. Checking my second toast I found it was moldy along the crust.

Nice clean room, location is good, i do have a problem: no towel at pool side, called front desk and was told bring your own towels from your room?! A luxury 4-star hotel with no pool side towels is the first for me

Service here at night is honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced. The employees are all out trying to scam you over money. At 10pm they said we would have to pay 50$ USD a person to enter the hotel to visit family or even give them supplies. I tried to come visit and deliver water and food for mom, but was stopped at the door by a chick named Hân and a dude employee named Lộc. Usually hotels would just want you to identify yourself or even call up the guests to ask if they knew this person, but these 2 wanted 50$ USD! Per person to even step foot into the hotel. If my family member was dying or had a serious injury what are they not going to let family up?? Before when I book a room in November this policy wasn’t even a thing, but now this hotel and its employees are corrupt and out money seeking. If a room is 1.3 million USD why would a visitor be half that price ?? I would not recommend booking here when the employees at the desk are out looking for money. The even charge a fee if you have underaged kids in your room ?? Like make it make sense. Its a family room but theyre gonna charge a fee if you have a kid.

We previously stayed here with our family. The staff was very demanding with tips and they were rude. As a guest, we don’t want to be hassled for extra money. They don’t provide friendly customer service

Stayed at Phu Cuong in connection with a business trip in November 2025. The hotel i nice, rooms are quite big and clean, the same goes for the bathroom. In the lobby there is a small cafe serving coffee and cold drinks, very nice - also possible to sit outside. Breakfast is good, some western dishes available. The hotel is located central in Ca Mau. All in all a good hotel to stay at if visiting Ca Mau
