Big place with parking for cars. Room are kinda old and some room A/C are old and don't work well. When I moved the bed I can see that they didn't clean under.

We have stayed for two nights in this hotel. Very depressing place. The room and bathroom looked decrepit, holes in the towels and bed linnen. For 380k VND a night you expect way better. Little english was spoken, althouh that was not a big issue. The only possitive was that breakfast buffet was included in the price, coffee was good but food was just avarage. Better stay somewhere else if you are sure you want to come to Ca Mau, but if in any doubt, just skip Ca Mau, it's as depressing as International Hotel.

I stayed here a short time for work but the experience was very pleasing. The bed wasn't the standard hard as rock vietnamese mattress I've found in hotels here. It wasn't a plush comfort like the west but it was a good hallway point.||||It's an older hotel but the room was really well maintained plus there was a huge desk set into the wall as part of the TV stand, desk, clothes wardrobe unit. No noise after 10pm. The cost was very reasonable||||I'll stay there again.

We rented two rooms for one night. We seemed to be the only guests, but clearly did not get the best rooms. Staff indicated that there were renovated rooms (for a price). ||Equipment is old, lot of broken things (nothing serious : phone, lamps, drawers). Rather clean but decaying colors. Breakfast is plentiful (soups, rice, eggs, fruit).

I stayed here for 02 nights, I was disappointed with both of the service and the facility :(||Although I have already known that there are not much choices in Ca Mau but this hotel cannot be recommended to other visitors. The room rates is cheap (380,000 VND/night ~ 18 USD) but the service is so poor.|||| You should try other place if you come to Ca Mau and you should know that Ca Mau is not attractive place also, especially foreigner people. Better to go Mekong delta including Ca Mau than going to Ca Mau only.

If equate this place (psychologically) to roughing it in the outdoors in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities like a working faucet not provided if you stay here.||The ambiance is depressing and almost abandoned, which when you check out the room or the free breakfast buffet you'd probably understand why. ||The security/bell boys were probably the most friendly and helpful. ||The women receptionist and waitresses did not smile when you smiled at them, which was the only place in our trip to Vietnam that I noticed people not smile back when you smile at them. From Hanoi, Danang, Zhou An, to HCMC. It might just be the people here in Ca Mau, but I noticed everyone in the other cities were very friendly.

Great location, with view to the Mekong Delta. Breakfast could improve a lot. As someone who lives in the US, I am not used to eating noodles, meat, veggies, and soup in the morning (which was basically all the hotel breakfast offers). Having a greater variety of breakfast choices for western tourists would make the experience better. The room was nice and clean, but the common areas didn't seem to be taken care of.
