  The location of the hotel is walking distances to alot of great food and next to shopping mall. The staffs are excellent, they go above and beyond. Always bringing out tea when we're chilling out in front.

  Quick return trip to Bac Lieu. Great choice of hotel - large room with balcony and area off for making tea, coffee etc. Excellent shower and toilet. Didn't have breakfast, but coffee was excellent and there's a very quiet bar if a cold beer after a hot day is your thing. Easy stroll to cafes etc. Staff very helpful.

  What I really like about Sunrise Hotel Bac Lieu is the cleanliness, from the room area to the lobby. While most hotels with a large number of guests coming in and out regularly, hygiene is not a priority, especially hotel in the provinces. But at this hotel is extremely clean. Another plus point for this hotel is that the drinks at the bar are delicious, aromatic and diverse such as mint soda, papaya smoothie, red bean green tea.... Worth to try. In addition, even though it is a hotel in the province, the staff is very professional, friendly, and always willingly to support guests. In summary, the cleanliness, professionalism and sophistication of this hotel is worth stay. I will come back when I have a chance.

  It was my pleasure to stay at this hotel. Their staffs were amazing. They provided the best services to all customers with happiness. Their hospitality make me and my family feel we are at home. 10000% recommended staying here while you are visit Bạc Liêu. Staff members: LỢI, ĐẠT, HÀ và YẾN.

  This hotel is very clean and neat. The staff are very friendly and polite. The drinks from Sunrise Coffee are very good, especially the coconut coffee, original Starbucks, and passion fruit smoothie… I would recommend the Sunrise Hotel to everyone who wants to visit Bac Lieu. We thank you the staff and we will be back!

  IMPRESSIVE! Most people don't expect much from hotels in small Mekong Delta towns, but Sunrise Bac Lieu is seriously something else! Great standard, exemplary service, perfectly clean, well designed and comfortable rooms and even proper English speakers in staff. With only their initial communications before coming, I was already impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Once arrive to check-in, they sorted parking for my very big bike very fast and conveniently. The room is perfect, very affordable and clean. They did not cheap out on the furniture, the whole thing is very well designed. All the staff politely greeted me everywhere, their attitude was even nicer and more professional than in 5 stars hotels. The towels were as white as they can be, everything in the bathroom and shower is well signalized and in proper working function. Even the baskets of complementaries were well signalized and separated to know what needs to be paid extra and what is included. All the information needed in the room was clearly visible and easy to understand (wifi, TV, minibar, etc.) The TV's are smart and work fast! At check-out I requested the VAT invoice and it was sent to us very fast right after, very professional. It was overall a very pleasant stay and I will definitely keep using this hotel as my base for my south Mekong business trips.

  Excellent services! Super clean. Friendly staff. Near city center, shops and landscape. They have coffee bar where you can enjoy traditional vietnamese coconut coffee or American San Francisco coffee and Starbucks. Recommended if you're in Bac Lieu area

  Booked 3 rooms - came with driver and wanted to see central area of the city and so driver took us around. Came back 10 mins later to check in to tell us they had posted the booking online and it’s fully book. We went on Agoda and was able to book the three rooms they had told us they “already booked up”. Confronted the boys in the front and their starting giggling. Unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. Please reconsider when booking this hotel. Highly do not recommend! It’s also 8pm - luckily, we found another hotel with better hospitality and more central. DO NOT BOOK HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE
