  The sign up process was a bit disappointing, not gonna lie. I had to wait more than an hour and the language barrier didn’t help. There were 2 staffs in particular whose attitude I didn’t really like. Nonetheless, my PT, Jimmy Pham, has been absolutely amazing. He’s been super patient with me despite the language barrier, and I’ve loved every session with him. The results have been incredible even after just four sessions! I’ve seen results with decreased body fat and increased muscle mass. I’d bring him back to Perth if I could! The girls at the juice bar are also super friendly, and I love the smoothies there. Apart from the consultants who helped with the sign-up, everyone else has been lovely.

  For the consulting session about membership prices, I asked for a month to month membership fee. The manager there wanted to charge me three times as much for the first month. I have no idea why. I would not recommened this place with these kinds of sales tactics. Feels pretty bad to be treated that way.

  The only selling point for this gym is the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Yet they are always broken. I've been told it will take 2 weeks to fix them. But the steam room has been down for 1 month.
