  Great service. No waiting. Friendly Engish speaking staff and Doctors. Not over priced. 100 dong to see doctor and 190 to have ultra sound done all in an hour. We would need to wait a month for this on the NHS back home. Definatley reccomend for can tho.

  Such a great hospital. I had a nurse accompany me to the different departments who also served as a translator. I was humbled, she made the process so very easy. Consultation and tests took less than 2 hours all in all.

  Very pleased with the help and service. Stayed for 4 days, private room, had complex surgery, private room, insurance accepted and paid 90%. Nurses were very attentive. Dr.Nhan was very helpful.

  Very friendly staff, good communication (English translator provided all times to get clear communication and instructions), professional care. We were very satisfied with how they have handled our 5-year-old- son’s injury.

  My son was born there feb 7th 2024. Went in for regular exam and had to do emergency c section due to irregular heart beet.Everything went fast and perfect.Staff is well trained and friendly. My son got choked and quite breathing second evening and two nurse's ran in room fast and got him breathing again.I can't be more pleased with there excellent training and knowledge. I feel they saved my son's life two days in a row. I'm from the United States and was a little skeptical before but they have my trust.

  Service has declined since going here. Computer system was down and they first accepted my money then told me i have to wait because the system is down... do you not tell people before accepting money your system is down, theres a long waiting time of +/- 60 minutes, allowing the client to accept service or go to another hospital. Not professional!

  Slow, low level and third world rate customer service . As an expat this place will only incur more stress for infertility patients. Stress is the last thing any patient needs .Totally not recommended. Customer service skills are a -100 if a scale exist . It takes them 2 weeks to repeat the information you ask them via Facebook. No E-mail is available. It baffles me how such incompetent people are even able to gain employment let alone manage the Facebook Page. For sure will not recommend it to our expat patients. No evidence of proper expat doctors . Suggestion : rename it to National Hospital instead of International since neither the quality or staff are of International Level. If they claim it is a JCI certified hospital then that certification needs to be revoked based on such appalling standards. If any evidence is required. I will gladly provide it .
