  During one of the biggest public holiday in Vietnam, I came to Can Tho for the folk cake festival and booked 2 rooms in this hostel on Agoda. When we arrived, the receptionist informed that they didn't keep the rooms for us. It was too difficult to find another place because all the places were fully booked in advance and we were tiredly struggling to find a place to stay after being on the bus for 8 hours.

  Chúng tôi đặt phòng trong tình trạng báo còn 1 phòng trống, khi đến nơi thì báo chủ đi rồi, chỉ còn lại bà lao công nằm phía dưới xem phim, chúng tôi bảo có book phòng rồi thì nhận được câu trả lời là hết phòng rồi, không có book trước gì hết, nếu làm ăn như vậy thì nên gỡ xuống để người ta khỏi book rồi chạy lại tới nơi báo là hết phòng rồi
