  This is an economy hotel in a good part of town. You should not expect card entry to the room, but it's clean enough, the plumbing is good, the electricity works. We are in a back room so it is quiet at night.

  Pretty basic but good area. Frindley has a restaurant and us frequented by some foriegners

  The location is very good and the service is also good. - for not finding pur reservation even though it was in the book, took 15 minutes and it was there.. Nevermind. For a 17e per night it is okay. For this price no one expects super clean rooms etc. Basic stuff inside the room. Wholefloor carpet which was dirty and nasty. Toilet okay. Some weird cocoons in the roof. Overall for this price decent.

  The hotel looks a bit dirty with stains on the walls. In our room there was a pipe that came out of the wall that leaked water. We had to use a kettle to catch the water. The staff sometimes is hard to communicate with but are helpful. The location of the hotel is great, right in the middle of the city center.

  Very good location close to the market! However, we booked a space for three people with some sort of living space and 2 separate rooms and out ouf those only one had a tiny tiny window- not for the claustrophobic! They were pretty clean barring a cockroach I saw crawling out of the shower. Ventilation was very loud but we had to keep it on otherwise the air became pretty foul (due to AC + lack of windows). Staff is friendly enough but barely speaks any English - we got by using Google translate for basic communication. The hotel lobby smelled like gasoline because it opens to the garage next door. All in all we shouldn’t have expected much as the price was low. Good for a short stop in Can Tho but wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night.

  We had 2 nights at the hotel booked through a online booking site. Our experience is disappointing. The rooms are old and outdated. I would rate the hotel as a motel, not a 3 star hotel because of its under-maintained infrastructure. It is such a waste considering it locates at a very good location because the quality cannot keep up. The staff owns a bit of good credit for the hotel. They are kind and helpful. I am happy with the way the treat us. However, that is not enough to change our overall experience. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

  The smell in the room was bad, we had ants all over our bed and walls and there was a roach in our room. (3-5 cm) The staff were sweet and very friendly though.

  So upon checking in, not one but the first two rooms had a pretty foul smell (imagine strong cleaning agents) which made the room simply unlivable. The entire hotel looks dated and for the price you pay, you can get so much better in the surroundings. I have been in various 2 and 3 star hotels in Vietnam and honestly, this could have easily been classified as a one star. Their best room was still carpet which was stained and their sheets were acceptable but also dirty by low rated hotel standards... The redeeming feature was at least the bed was somewhat comfy, it only it were cleaner. ||We stayed here as a part of our tour but I will be vocal in letting the agency know they better take the hotel money they paid to go to much better hotels in the surroundings... I am very passive and accepting of rooms given my time and various stays in Vietnam but this hotel leaves a pretty crappy impression and would be what you expected living in the slums or co-op housing in a third world country...||Two small open windows high up in the room, very dated furniture... WiFi was not working (routers must have been at capacity). Dirty, dirty, dirty place... Do they even clean the place when guests check out I wonder..? ||I have never been so happy to hop back on a bus in my life the morning of checking out... ||Do not even bother checking this place out if it can helped, being close to the core is no reason to suffer these rooms. Fortunately it was only for one night but even now, it still haunts me. Any good review this place has must have been from guests that got the one out of a hundred rooms that may have actually been decent.
