  The hotel staff is REALLY nice. There is tea and water at the lobby. The room is pretty new. The only flaw is that it is a environment friendly hotel so the hot water will run out early ( because the water heater is run by solar power) But Vietnam is so hot so this flaw isn’t a big problem to me. The price is reasonable.

  Like the others comment this hotel has a uncool design ever! Good points: quiet location, friendly staff, big parking, easy check in-out Need to consider to fix: window and A.C Glass window from ceiling to floor but can’t open. What is the point for the big window without fresh air? A.C can’t cover the heat of the room! Also, there is no privacy in the day (or even night time) when you stay in the room and have to close the curtain. They should have had the white curtain beside the dark-thick curtain.

  I wanted to like this hotel because the staff at the reception were efficient and thoughtful, but the design of the hotel rooms was so awful and thoughtless that I would never return here. We stayed in the King Studio room, and like the other rooms, you have floor to ceiling windows. This would be wonderful since you get extremely nice sunlight into the room: BUT, AND REALLY A MAJOR BUT, the air con is very low quality, which meant the room was not cool enough in the insane heat of Can Tho. Many people complained about the low quality and hotness of the rooms, so read the reviews carefully. In addition, the room had no windows, so you have to breathe old air for days, in our case, for the entire four days we stayed there. The bathroom was very dark, you rarely got hot water, and the water pressure was extremely low. There is no reading lamp and no bedside tables. Really awful design and thoughtless of whoever designed the hotel. All of these negatives, plus the far distance from the central part of the town, make this hotel not a repeatable lodging when in Can Tho.

  Good for families and groups looking for a spacious and quiet place to stay. Located in the downtown area, it is easy to get a Grab for transportation. However, the hotel is about 1 km from attractions such as the night market, so it may feel a bit far if you prefer walking, especially for first-time visitors unfamiliar with the area and planning to go out at night.The rooms and beds are spacious for the price paid, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money.

  Room is clean and spacious! However, the AC is not working properly, we needed to use the extra fan in the room.

  Staff were helpful with recommending tours and finding bus times. But I would say, the company recommended tour for floating market was okay, nothing special for price paid, would honestly book on get your guide. The hotel was nice and clean, location was alright think was a bit further away from restaurants etc...

  Horrible experience , looked like a prison jail. The receptionist round the clock did not help at all ..very self centred and arrogant people. Zero hospitality . Will never recommend to anyone . In the room there was no space even to open up our suitcases . Noone knows english there in hotel. Horrible place for foriegners.never recommend foriegners as reception people don't bother to communicate and understand our needs . We suffered badly. Also lot of lizards .
