While my stay was brief, just a single night before an early departure, it was absolutely delightful. I left feeling truly impressed, giving it a solid A+. Though I didn't get to experience the facilities firsthand, I've heard wonderful things about them.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. Be aware that the walls between rooms are thin, I can hear neighbors practicing their tango! The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. It would be great if the swimming pool and bar opened a bit earlier or later to suit different schedules. The room has a humid feel similar to Hanoi.

Nice looking, but poorly cleaned and maintained, and staff on the cool side. Filthy glasses and windows, no soap, grimy in corners but in that case pretty usual. Sink tap barely staying attached to counter. AC worked very poorly, finally cooling off when it did outside, and this is cool season so it’s probably no help in summer. Uncomfortable bed and pillow. Nice rooftop pool 17th floor with expansive views, extensive Asia style breakfast. Water is unusually not included, and they tried to charge us for opening bottles we had not touched - still in fact frozen solid by the fridge.

The hotel is new but many things don’t work properly. No hot water in the room and when I told the reception, the staff did absolutely nothing. The door of the closet was stuck by the furniture inside. It’s sad because it could be a nice place to stay.

Nothing is working at that hotel. Room smells like pee and mould. You can hear how your neighbours make even slight noise. The worst problem is the staff and their unability to resolve any issue. It really was a waste of time trying to explain and settle on a resolution since the staff doesn't know any english. I had an issue with a lock on my room - i had to report it to them 7 times before they changed our room. And it was only after i requested to speak to the manager. I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay there but they didn't want to give me a refund. I also happened to order a breakfast to go but did not get any. Room service is also terrible. They don't provide you with toilet paper and don't clean a toilet. Room looks fine at a first glance but when you look closely you see how dirty it really is. Even though the bathroom has a shower cabin, the whole bathroom is flooded after every shower. Ac is old and fumes out funghi odeur. Definetly not 4 star hotel. Looks good on pictures but staff should be fired. Location of the hotel is also really weird. At the same street there are brothels and strange kareoke place with syringes, needles and baggies all over the street. Strongly advice to choose different place to stay in Can Tho.

Our tour group had booked this hotel for us, so we had not checked the reviews ahead of time. How I wish we had! The room was crawling with roaches. They took us to four different rooms, claiming they had thoroughly checked the rooms for roaches, but each time, within five minutes of entering the new room, we would find a cockroach. We ended up not staying the night there and left to go to a different hotel that had no reviews of bedbugs or roaches.

We were allocated this hotel as part of a Mekong Delta tour (see my other reviews). It wasn’t where we expected to be staying and would never have booked this based on previous reviews||I guess in terms of value for money in Western terms it would be difficult to get a large bedroom with breakfast for £22/night which is what it was on booking sites when we stayed however we were relieved to only be staying one night. Room was large, moderately clean though needed updating. The staff didn’t speak English (I know we were in Vietnam), weren’t very helpful and didn’t make any effort to communicate via translation apps which we experienced elsewhere. The most rude staff member was when I asked for an omelette for breakfast-the “chef” looked very annoyed that he had been disturbed from looking at his mobile phone. Not a word was spoken. No questions as to what I might want in it, no thank you or your welcome in response to my thanks, no smile. The only time during our whole holiday that I experienced this reception. Breakfast generally wasn’t great-not a great choice and looked unappealing, coffee and tea unpleasant.
