  First of all the service. It is outrageously good. They help with every question, makes sure it is fixed and done and double checkes everything. The pool is clean and there are sunbathing chairs, though there could be more since often they are all occupied. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. The balkony is superb and the window between toilet and room makes it feel bigger (there is draperie). The bed and cushion been the best so for on our 2 week journey. My lower back has no pain nor my neck neither. The garden has to offer many cool places and things to see. The breakfast buffet is superb, theres absolutely everything.

  The hotel is just great. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view at the swimming pool. The stuff is jyst wonderful :friendly, nice, lots of good intentions. The place is quiet. The breakfast was amazing :tastt, with the big chose of the food.

  Great resort! Very clean and peaceful here. Service was good as well. My kids enjoyed the pool while my husband and I got to enjoy the quiet time. Our room has a great view of pool. Highly recommend this resort.

  It would have been nice to know that renovations took place prior to arrival. We came there to relax and found a digger operating to remove concrete debris. Management took action. The lady at reception always takes care of her visitors. Hotel management needs to improve their priorities. The resort needs better air conditioning throughout the building. I hope that they will continue renovations throughout the entire building where needed. Painting required in a few places.

  Wonderful secluded location out of town, which made it very peaceful. The pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Tasty cocktails and food. We especially enjoyed the fresh spring rolls and the fried seafood spring rolls. We hired a scooter from a rental shop in town, but it’s also very easy to order a quick Grab taxi to take you into town, which takes around 15 minutes. We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a deluxe double room which was wonderful. We infact decided to extend our stay to 3 nights instead of the initial 2. The only thing is that the poolside area (sun loungers and parasols) could do with a facelift as it is rather rundown and doesn’t reflect a 4-star hotel. Overall, a lovely resort which is excellent value for money, with wonderful customer service and a great breakfast buffet.

  This is a very good resort hotel. I like the cozy swimming pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a good combination of local food. The only problem is the hot water system in the shower room. It's not stable at all. Needs some attention.

  Upon arrival at Can Khuong Resort, you are met courteously by staff offering refreshments. The resort’s location is excellent, particularly if you wish to escape city noise and traffic chaos; it is perfect for families. The resort boasts excellent facilities, including dedicated children’s areas and an especially impressive swimming pool.|During the popular morning swim, a member of the resort staff was present—easily identifiable by his uniform—offering assistance to guests. Most importantly, he appeared to be maintaining safety and security for both children and adult guests, though there were periods when this position was left unattended. There was, however, clear dual-language signage informing guests that the pool does not have a lifeguard on duty. The pool was cleaned and the filter systems were checked regularly at convenient times when guests were not using the water. The lounge seating inside the water was a pleasant addition for those wanting to relax while submerged, complemented by poolside seating with excellent, comfortable cushions.|The restaurant is centrally and conveniently placed, overlooking the pool area with adequate sun shading. The seating was well-spaced, and the menu was comprehensive with good vegetarian options. Food was freshly sourced, presented elegantly, and offered in generous portions. I assumed the service staff would be able to advise guests on allergy and dietary requirements, though this could be more clearly communicated. The breakfast and outdoor dining experience was exceptional; attentive staff moved through the dining area, maintaining a relaxed and well-provisioned service. This high standard extended to the outdoor sitting areas as well.|Service staff throughout the hotel, across all departments, always appeared happy and were consistently the first to offer a smile or make eye contact when guests were passing by or asking questions.|The main hotel rooms were immaculately clean, with provisions checked and replaced daily. The chalets were enticingly set around the pool in a communal manner, while more private chalets were located away from the main hub, overlooking the river.|Overall, my stay was excellent. My only negative observation concerns the required cash deposit. When booking through online websites, this requirement is not mentioned. If you arrive without a substantial cash reserve, it could cause some embarrassment. Most hotels I have found ask for a credit card provision deposit. The compromise was agreed that I should pay separately for food and drinks. This I found inconvenient as I don’t always carry cask or credit cards whilst relaxing in a hotel environment.

  The bungalow was absolutely beautiful. The staff very friendly. Unfortunately I found the food to be absolutely rubbish. We were asked to book dinner when we checked in for valentines night. We agreed and selected our menu from 4 options. We then decided to go out and we're told we could NOT cancel dinner. The menu was garlic bread 4 slices of stale cold banh mi with garlic butter on top to share between 2. I struggled to eat 1 piece as was so bad. Followed by a large bowl of iceberg lettuce dressed in balsamic vinaigrette with 1 cherry tomato sliced and 5 slices of smoked duck. The **** was good however iceberg lettuce is for burgers not a salad bowl. Again this salad was to share. Next came the main course a bowl of spaghetti tossed in pesto and 4 prawns on top and a sliced steak with a measly few veg and 15 skinny fries. Both dishes were cold I sent back. They returned again COLD I told the waitress just to leave and forget about it. At this point I was extremely disappointed and knew they clearly couldn't cook so what was the point. My friend ate the steak, I done without any food. Next was small portion of coconut ice cream which was ok. Cost of 900000. Breakfast wasn't great either so if u wanna stay for the use of the bungalow do but do NOT eat there.
