The service was great and very accommodating. Our room was relatively clean however they only provided one pillow per bed and we had to ask for more. In the middle of the night our air conditioning unit started leaking but it ended quickly. Is in here best hotel? No. It's not the worst option but not the best.

Booked in here through Unique tours.... They will be getting a similar review. WORST accommodation I have ever stayed in and only took the family that had 4 rooms, half an hour to all agree to flee this place. The smell of urine when entering the reception was the first experience then the smell in every room was disgusting. Our bathroom was flooding and was told it couldn't be fixed so I had to turn off the water behind the toilet. Moved room to mouldy walls and roof, wallpaper peeling off and dirty cups. Similar in the other rooms.

My worst hotel experience was when I stayed at the Saigon Can Tho hotel. The room was dirty and smelled like mildew, the bed sheets were stained, and there were bugs crawling around everywhere. The mattress is feel like sleeping on the rock, the AC is not functioning well, the shower leaking and water pressure is weak, the safe box is not working and no ice available! To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and rude. They didn't seem to care about my comfort or safety at all! I wouldn't recommend this place even to my worse enemy!

Everything seemed fine when we first checked in, but when we came back at night there was an ant infestation on one of the beds. When we asked the front desk to change to a different room they said that they would have to charge us. All they did for us was give us a can of ant spray and sent the security guard to help us change the sheets. And since it wasn't his job to take care of it, the infested sheets were left outside our door. We still had to stay the night in the room, we just moved the bed away from the wall after spraying it and changing the sheets.

We stayed here one night as part of 3 day Mekong Delta tour booked via Viator. The hotel was worn and not very clean. Bed sheets were "clean" but had e.g. blood stains.. I accidentally looked behind the night table and found dust so much that it's probably a fire risk. We had also dinner included that was served at the downstairs restaurant: we were the only customers in the worn dining room with wierd smell. Didn't examine further but I think there was mouse poop on the window sill. Food was however delicious. Breakfast was good and served on time at 7am.

Me and my friend stayed there just for one nite, the hotel looks quite old and a little dark but we were absolutely impressed by the staffs there. The 2 middle-aged man from reception and engineering were so nice and friendly. 3-star hotel but service is definitely 5-star. Highly recommend your hotel to set up daylight light bulb instead. The food was good but if you could make them more less sweet, it would be more suitable for travelers. Anw, love this hotel....

My wife and I stayed here overnight as part of a VietFun weekend travel package to the Mekong. As mentioned in other reviews it is Very close to the Night Market and the river. We found it to be clean, bathroom and bed linens were both good. I thought the breakfast buffet was quite good! And, aside from some rather dingy table linens, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant rise above average. A small flat screen tv as well as WiFi were provided. Be Warned the BIG Negative was the necessity to leave your card key in a slot on the wall to ‘power’ the room. Leave the room for sightseeing and you are coming back to a very uncomfortable hot room. Add to this the ac takes over half an hour to really start cooling the room. This is Not proper hospitality. Hence the three stars. (At least offer the option of continuous ac for some additional fee.)

The location of hotel is good and strategically locate near the port, very convenient to travel around the street, park and can tho bridge. The room's environment is nice but the furniture and appliances is a bit outdated but to be fair the function is still fine. The staff at the counter is friendly and helpful.
