  My stay at Sheraton Can Tho was absolute perfection, and that is largely due to the incredible staff. I have to give a special shout-out to Khoa (Bellman) for the incredibly warm welcome and assistance upon arrival. A big thank you as well to Thanh (Duty Manager) for the wonderful service and for ensuring our stay was smooth and professional. We also loved our time at the Lobby Lounge, where Phượngtook great care of us. Her service was impeccable and she made us feel very relaxed. If you are visiting Can Tho, I highly recommend staying here. The team truly cares about their guests!

  My experience at the Sheraton Can Tho was excellent from start to finish. Located in the tallest building in the city with a shopping mall directly below, the hotel offers one of the most luxurious and convenient stays in Can Tho. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel very welcome with welcome drink. They also kindly introduced famous local foods and recommended restaurants around the city, which was very helpful for first-time visitors. There is also a tour counter near the hotel entrance where guests can easily book local tours and activities. The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, creating a strong first impression. My room was very spacious, and since I stayed in a corner room, I had a stunning panoramic view of both the city skyline and the river. The view was absolutely beautiful, no matter its daytime or at night. The facilities were also impressive. The gym is large and well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and workout equipment. The swimming pool is spacious and offers a fantastic river view, although it was quite windy during my swim. Unfortunately, the pool bar was under renovation at the time of my visit. I also had access to the club lounge. While the lounge does not provide breakfast, it offers afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The afternoon tea included good fruits and cakes, while the evening cocktail selection was surprisingly extensive. There were many food and alcohol options available, including cheese platter, sushi, nice crispy fried pork belly, fried chicken, and even Thai noodle soup freshly prepared by the staff at the live cooking counter. The club lounge staff were especially friendly and attentive. One staff member, Ariana, stood out by proactively coming to my table to refill drinks and check on guests regularly, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The only minor issue during my stay happened during checkout, when the hotel experienced an IT system problem that caused the process to take longer than expected. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and remained polite throughout. Overall, Sheraton Can Tho delivered a luxurious and memorable stay with excellent service, spacious rooms, and outstanding facilities.

  We stayed at the Sheraton Can Tho for the second time, and once again it was an excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are large and very comfortable, and everything—from the room to the bathroom—was spotlessly clean. The staff are polite, professional, and speak good English, which makes the whole stay feel easy and smooth. One small thing happened during our stay that really showed the hotel’s level of care: our little daughter was very excited to swim in the evening, but unfortunately the pool closed a bit earlier that day due to maintenance. She burst into tears. A staff member noticed immediately, ran over to ask what was wrong, and when we explained, she kindly comforted our daughter by saying she could swim first thing the next morning—and she even gave her a sticker. It was such a thoughtful, human moment and we truly appreciated it. Overall, this is a high-standard hotel. I’m a fairly critical guest, but honestly, I can’t find anything negative to say. The breakfast was delicious, and I also highly recommend visiting the Saravan Restaurant. We can’t wait to stay here again

  I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and professional attitude. The service here is truly outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making my stay smooth and completely stress-free. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping maintained everything to the highest standards, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful details that added a sense of luxury and personalization to my experience. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, offering everything I needed for both relaxation and convenience. Whether it was dining, leisure, or simply enjoying the ambiance, every aspect exceeded my expectations. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the thoughtful gesture of offering me a cake as a token of gratitude each time I returned. This meaningful touch truly reflects the hotel’s dedication to guest satisfaction and personalized service.   Cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in so far in Vietnam. Breakfast buffet is great. Location doesn’t have the most around it but easy to call taxis. Gym and pool are good although the gym was always hot went I went because it was empty. Room service food was delicious. Particularly the chicken caesar burger. One big improvement that can be made is the wifi. It’s slower than any place I’ve been in Vietnam so far. I’d have to disconnect and use my own data because it was so slow. Overall a very good stay

  The Sheraton Can Tho is a wonderful hotel, a really nice place to stay. This was our second stay here. Everyone on the hotel’s staff is pleasant and targets making a guest’s stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The views are wonderful. The hotel’s restaurants are excellent. We especially like the Saravan Restaurant. In sum, we really like this hotel! Especially helpful people at the hotel include Thanh Nguyen, H. Hung, Venn and restaurant waiter Hieu Nguyen. But there are so many more. No wonder it’s the best hotel in Can Tho!

  Sheraton Can ThoThe room is spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. Special recognition to housekeeper Nguyen Duc Canh, whose attention to detail and meticulous care truly stand out.The breakfast offers a wide variety of selections and is of consistently good quality. The Club Lounge is clearly a highlight of the hotel experience—the décor, food presentation, and attentive service are all outstanding. Special thanks to Miss Amy Huynh the supervisor Miss Ngoan, Miss Bich, and Miss Khoa for their professionalism and warm hospitality.The reception staff and doormen are always welcoming, smiling, and ready to assist at any time, which adds to the overall positive impression. The pool and pool bar area are clean, well-maintained, and well organized.Overall, a very pleasant and well-managed hotel experience.

  The Sheraton Can Tho were very accommodating and welcoming for our families. I especially enjoyed the welcome lemon tea and they were super helpful with everything. Amazing service and special thank you to Nhan, Thanh and Toan for making it a memorable stay
