  A Gem on the Mekong – Simply Perfect! I had an incredible stay at the TTC Hotel in Can Tho and cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting the Mekong Delta. From start to finish, everything was seamless. What Stood Out: * The Perfect Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It is situated right by the river, offering stunning views and easy access to the Ninh Kieu Wharf. It’s the perfect base for catching an early morning boat to the floating markets. * Exceptional Staff: The team here is the heart of the hotel. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their local recommendations were spot on! * Spotless Rooms: Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. My room was immaculate, fresh, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. * Fantastic Breakfast: The breakfast spread was impressive! There was a great variety of both Western and traditional Vietnamese options. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality—the perfect way to fuel up for the day. If you are looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine Vietnamese hospitality right on the water, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be back!

  Location is great! The hotel is good. However, the bathroom has weird odors but the staffs are very nice and polite, they tried to solve the problem as soon as possible for us

  Quite a nice hotel, staff were very good and helpful, the room very spacious but the bathroom drain smelled really bad each morning. Tip: If you’re Australian or from a country where you’re used to quality steak then avoid ordering it at the roof top restaurant 😜 Pool and gym are a little tired but on the whole an enjoyable place to stay.

  Prime location on the riverside. Great choice of food for buffet breakfast. I had really loud karaoke coming from the 8th floor on my first night of arrival. I had an early wake up for a mekong tour, so wanted to sleep early. I had un packed, showered and was ready for bed, but then had to contact reception about the noise and ended up having to repack all my things, get dressed and move rooms. Not the best first few hours of my evening but the reception lady showed me a few other rooms on lower floors and I chose one. It wasn't as nice as the original room and I think i may have ended up paying more for an inferior room, but it was OK as I was only there a couple of nights.

  I stayed at TTC Hotel – Premium Cần Thơ. 👍 Good points: - Newly refurbished rooms — modern, spacious, and comfortable - Beautiful view overlooking Bến Ninh Kiều - Great Location to floating market, Walking street & Night market at hotel. - Breakfast had good variety and tasted great - Ventilation at the restaurant needs improvement as after having breakfast all members of my family smelt of food strongly. 👎 Needs improvement: - The AC in our room didn’t work. We set it to the lowest temperature (24°C) but the room was still hot. The same problem occurred with the other 2 rooms that we had booked. - The bed sheets were wet & stinky. I asked the front desk to change them twice before we could use them. - Weak water pressure in the bathroom - The good points were a nice stay at a well-situated hotel with new nice rooms. However, there are several comfort issues as well as problems with the restaurant. Once these have been addressed, I am sure to give this stay a good report.

  We checked out the room and having our last breakfast. The service person came and showed a picture of a stain towel in our room, which no one knows why there’s a slight blue stain, they said it would cost 400.000 VND. Really? Thats almost 50% cost of the room. Other than that, the room was decent.

  The foyer and rooms are quite luxurious, our room had a large balcony and a great view of the waterfront. Short walk to the local restaurants (we went to The Lighthouse).||We had the biggest bed, the size of two doubles. We stayed in room 507. TV didn't offer Netflix though which was disappointing.||Breakfast seemed chaotic and not a great choice, also no natural light, felt like a conference room.

  We were given an incorrect lower quality room type from what we booked. After we checked our booking we realised they had given us the wrong room type. They corrected the room the next night after we pointed this out but they advised it was the booking platforms error that the incorrect room was shown on the booking. The first room had a very bad odour pillow, one of the towels were yellow and the second room had a hair ball in the corner of the bathroom with mould on the seals. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. Only one lift was working correctly at the time. I would not classify it as 5 stars, more like 4 max due to being dated.
