Room and location is good compare with its pricing. Consider to come back in future for short trip. Pros: friendly & helpful staff, breakfast has a ton of food (more than expected), location is very close - walking distance to tourist walking street & the wharf. Toilet is clean. Good view pool. Cons: In the heart of local market so its tough to park a car if you drive. Room could be improved, it looks old.

The staff are so welcoming and nice! Especially the girl with the glasses that cleans up, she’s the sweetest but the rooms are unsanitary. The bathroom smelt horrible and it smelt like urine, the refrigerator was broken and smaller than the normal ones when we paid for the bigger room. You have to go on a scavenger hunt to find most of the lights too, the staff and service is sweet and all but it’s or your moneys worth. I paid 50 dollars for one of the more expensive ones and it did not feel expensive.

This hotel is in the middle of the wet market, although not a problem, it’s nice to know. The hotel itself has clearly seen better days. The room wasn’t very clean but at least the bedlinnen was clean. Also weird there were condoms on top of the wardrobe, unused luckily. I asked the staff to remove them and they were very apologetic about it. Breakfast was… interesting. Not just a hair in the watermelon but almost a full wig. Salad was full of those little flies. So we stuck to coffee and a piece of toast. Overall, I didn’t make a problem about it, we just used the hotel as a quick place to get some sleep and travel on.

We stopped overnight as part of a tour to the city. |The room was wonderfully huge! |Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff walked us through all the room amenities and left us to relax. ||Good location with a nice walk to restaurants and night markets. ||Breakfast was served early - from 6am, with a wide selection of food to suit everyone. |From check in to check out, we enjoyed our stay and would happily use the hotel again.

Rooms smelt bad like piss and there was heaps of cigarettes everywhere including the hallway! It looks spooky at night too and the beds are quite itchy… Hotel needs a deep clean because it’s not very nice. Friends room was extremely dirty and smelly but they let them change

Located right in the middle of a wet market making it difficult to get through.

Luckily we were only here for 1 night as part of a tour. This supposed 4 star hotel has seen better days. Old, dirty, across the road from the wet market.|Granted we had a very spacious room and bathroom, but that is the only positive thing I can say.|No room service, no hair dryer although they did get one for me from, I presume, a 5 star room. |Breakfast was awful with very little western choices and flies on food.|Poor communication and very little English spoken or understood.|Do not recommend this hotel at all.

We just stayed here for just one night, the hotel is in a good position overlooking the river and only a minutes walk from the night markets and restaurants. Our room was really big with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. We were high up but could still hear the noise of the early market set up at around 3 am so maybe take ear plugs. The buffet breakfast was really good with lots of choice and they accommodated our very early start. The staff were friendly :-)
