  Easy and quick procces. Regular European driving license does the job. Very responsive on WhatsApp. Fare price, 100K/day for a semi-automatic for 3 days. Convenient location. Would definitely choose them again!

  Very quick and efficient service. Kim communicated well and was easily accessible by whatsapp during our rental period. The bike we rented was decent. No complaints, great service.

  Super helpful and professional couple. They found me a 50cc as I don’t have an international licence, and I gave them my UK drivers licence as collateral which is common. It was really good value, I paid 300k VND for 48 hours. Definitely recommend for getting around Can Tho and the Mekong delta

  Fast respond on google chat! Within 30min. Rented his bike...very honest w free delivery and collecting service. Just the bike brake is not strong. But service and communication is perfect, trustable and polite! Delivery bike to me during my half way walking to hotel at river side! How amazing! 140k per day. But they do keep ID or passport so bring student Id or something for them is better.

  Hotel is clean, nice and spacious. The owner is friendly. With reasonable price plus discount for me around 350.000 VND round 14USD is wonderful for the location next to the riverside. Highly recommend

  Very nice contact, got a good deal for the bike spontaneously. Just be aware to stay within a radius of 25km in Can Tho.

  Worst experience I ever had in Vietnam since my 2 month travel. It was bound to happen in a country with so many friendly people and an extraordinary service to bump into an inflexible company who only wants to have your money and is not prepared to give in when they make a mistake I rented a scooter for 2 days. They were supposed to deliver it to my stay at 11 am. After waiting 10 minutes (they are always on time in Vietnam) I contacted them. They were to busy and if I could wait another hour. I had no choice since the day before I reached out to a few companies and I could not rent there. I asked if they would be willing to compensate they said I could take it an hour longer. But I don’t need it the next morning of the 3d day since I am leaving. No flexibility No understanding They said the scooter was brought back too late by another customer. That can happen, but then don’t forward the problem to me. Be flexible and give me 1 hour discount. Now what is it? Are you to busy Or is the scooter not ready? Don’t change reasons. That comes across as unreliable Trying to bargain with me if I would deliver it back tomorrow afternoon I would get a discount But I need it tomorrow afternoon I don’t need it the next morning. I offered they could pick it up tomorrow evening. Yes they were willing to do that. So they got my scooter back 12 hours earlier. They were still not prepared to compensate me for the waiting tim. When you rent a bike you know it is for 24 hours. And even if you know that you don’t need it 24 hours you still pay for it. But when you don’t need it 24 hours AND they come late it is costing me time So in the end I decided to cancel. I don’t pay my money to an unreasonable and unreliable company

  Very bad experience here. We were rented a 50cc white Kymco scooter; beware of this scooter. It’s a piece of crap. I can almost run faster than this scooter it’s so underpowered. We brought it back due to its bad performance they still charged us a day even though we couldn’t use it; if they bothered to look at the odometer it would show <5km, the distance from their location to our hotel and back. This was a bad motorcycle - it doesn’t perform like a normal 50cc bike which keeps up with normal traffic. Something was wrong with that bike. Nobody expects it to perform like a 150cc Honda Airblade. They basically rented us an old, poorly functioning, badly maintained bike. That’s the fact. I put a picture of the license plate in the review. Because I cannot speak of their other bikes, I only reviewed the specific one rented to us. And it was bad. Had they taken responsibility for this bad bike, apologized and tried to make it right, that would have been ok. Did they even test it when we returned with complaints? No, it’s like they knew or didn’t care. Instead they took no responsibility for this weak sad machine and just charged us for it like it had been “properly functioning.” Very bad experience here. Waste of time and money!!
