  Fantastic. I'd foolishly taken a sip of local water and had a bad case of diarrhea as a result. Using her broken English, my minimal Vietnamese and Google translate, the young lady I spoke too gave two small packets, each containing 2 each of 4 different pills and a sachet of rehydration powder to mix with water (bottled this time). I took the first dose that night, the second in the morning and have already started to feel better. I'll take the next two doses tonight and tomorrow morning and hopefully it should all be cleared up on the third day. Thank you again young lady.
