  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful dining experience at Ishushi Xuân Khánh. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Japanese flavors. The sushi and sashimi were especially impressive in both quality and taste. The restaurant has a clean, cozy, and modern atmosphere, making it perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our visit. Overall, Ishushi Xuân Khánh exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Japanese cuisine and is looking for a high-quality dining experience. Definitely worth coming back!

  I had an absolutely wonderful time at this sushi restaurant. We ordered the premium buffet menu and were not disappointed. The premium menu has a huge selection of rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other Japanese foods. It also includes grilled meats and hotpot which you can ask them to cook for you, or you can also cook it yourself at the table. We asked them to cook the meats for us. The sashimi was super fresh and way above what you would expect for sushi in Vietnam or sushi at a buffet. Rolls were unique and the nigiri portions were very generous. Sushi rice had the right texture and was actually sushi rice, not just regular Vietnamese rice. I ate so much I couldn’t move after! The place is clean, service was great, and ambiance was just right for a date night. Huge shout out to Chef Tai for the fantastic sushi. Highly recommended if you’re in Can Tho.

  Virtual menus are really bad. They didn’t even list what ingredients are in each sushi. Overpriced for what it is
